Lilo
---
How dare she lie like that. She had no right to say those things. Her room remained completly untouched by anyone safe for her and Stitch. She paced back and forth across her untouched room of glory.
That girl hadn't come out of her room all week, in hiding?
After pacing and mumbling about how betrayed she felt she went down stairs to talk to Pleakley. He was currently staying in his and Jumba's bedroom until he was fit enough to go back out into the human world. They both stayed in their own beds but after a while of staying in separate rooms and hardly ever staying home they decided to just share one room together.
She knocked loudly on the bedroom door before creaking the door open and sticking her head in. She wasn't sure what an alien might be doing in his room alone but she wasn't going to chance finding out by wandering in unannounced.
Pleakley was curled up on his bed wiping the tears from his one huge eye.
"Hi." Lilo said softly.
Pleakley sniffled. "Hi, Lee."
"I don't understand why you care so much." Lilo moved, feet slinking across the bedroom floor to sit on the bed. Both beds had been pushed together to form one huge bed making enough room for at least three Pleakleys, or one Pleakley and three Jumba's.
He wiped the tears away from his face once more. "I thought he was really like me, that he really cared about me, you know? I've been down on this planet so long I've been catching your feelings."
"My feelings?" Lilo asked, confused as he would have ordinarily said humans or the human race or her species or something to that degree.
Pleakley stood with a start at her words, furious she dared to speak such words to his face. "Your stupid loving the same species feelings you crazy stupid head!" He stormed out of the room, furious with her for reasons unknown.
Of course she loved the same species, did he expect her to fall madly in love with a snake? Humans loved humans and that's the way it worked. Aliens loved aliens, that's the way that worked. So how was her loving the same species having anything to do with him?
She sat on the bed for several minutes before the thoughts of Mary pierced her head and she suddenly decided to stand up and find the girl and her magical transport to the land of aliens. What land exactly she wasn't sure as she had never heard of a planet quiete like that one.
She didn't bother knocking before barging into the childs room, as technically it was in her house and she was allowed to do whatever she wanted in her house. She was somewhat stunned to realize that she wasn't even in her flower decked bedroom. Mary had her bedroom scattered with stuffed animals but besides that it was overly organized for a college girl. All of her dirty clothes were in the basket and all the clean ones in her dresser. Everything was somewhere as everything had its very own place. This fact alone was a strong contrast to the hurricane Lilo called her bedroom.
She didn't show her surprise even as she crossed the nearly spotless floor, well she didn't until she opened the closet door that she knew to led to the alien planet. She peaked through the door, flinging it open in surprise. She flopped down on her butt, crossing her legs in front of her. She stared at the open door, at all she saw inside.
Her picture perfect shirts hung on picture perfect hangers in the picture perfect closet. The shirts varied in in colour, size and sleeve length none of them quite like the other. Some clearly exposed her stomach but having varying lengths of sleeves while others were full length either being tight or loose fitting, these too had varying lengths of sleeves.
She couldn't believe it.
"Where did it go?" She asked.
"Where did it go?" She repeated a little bit louder.
"Where did it go?" She shouted causing Nani to poke her head in her room.
Nani scanned the room, eyes trailing over every surface in the room "How did you do it?"
Lilo looked up with her, confused as to what she might have been talking about. She hadn't done anything, unless she managed to break the door by opening it the wrong way or something.
"How did you get her to leave?" Nani looked at her with pure wonder. Lilo, honest to god, didn't know what she was talking about. Boo hadn't even been in her to begin with, she figured she had decided to take off somewhere or something. She didn't know. If Nani hadn't seen her though then she must not have left through the house, so she must have gone to the alien world earlier.
Lilo lifted her arm to point at the open closet door. "That door leads to an alien world or planet or something. Its not working right now, I think the kid has to do something in order for it to work or else it just leads to the closet."
Nani only grinned mischievously, not bothering to look any closer to the closet. She wasn't sure that Nani could even see inside the closet from where she stood, only the ajar door.
"I see you two are getting along well."
Lilo shook her head but soon cut herself off by replacing it with a shrug. She wasn't anything to Mary and frankly, she wasn't sure if they ever could. She was still annoying that she had been brought into the house as her replacement and Mary probably hated her right now. The fact that she had sunk her into an anti-human depression seemed to be entirely her fault so it only seemed fair that she was furious with her.
"See you later." Nani pulled herself out of the bedroom, the door clicking shut softly behind her.
Lilo ended up staring at the empty closet door for several minutes before closing it and wandering out and to the beach where she hoped to find interesting subjects and blast Elvis music, one of the many things from her childhood she had never really grown out of.
When she got there the only record she brought was 'As recorded at Madison Square Garden' and the only songs she really heard reminded her of Mary.
