The Impossible man (doctor who fanfic)

POV CHANGE!!!

-warning POV change, first time!!!! Remember, rose is with 9 and Jack!-

Roses POV

I still find it difficult to believe that there are 2 more doctors. the doctor told that he could regenerate and that regenerating was a way of changing his body completely, like a way of cheating death he said. Every now and then I forget that he's alien and whenever I do, something has to come along and shock me into reality.

I do think that the prank that the future doctors played on the doctor was funny though. I've never seen him go so red. and then the other doctors and that young girl I don't know invited us to go laser tagging. I haven't been laser tagging since I was 15 and I was REALLY looking forward to it. then the doctor said that we should bring more people into the game...

"Hello" the doctor says, not bothering to knock on the door, walking into the small flat. next thing I know, Mickey is edging round the corner, shrouded in shadows and whimpering, holding a baseball bat high above his head. I almost think i see the corner of Jacks mouth twitch and his eyes grow a little wider. when he sees us in the light, the bat clatters to the ground. "rose" another small whimper escapes his mouth. he runs up and next thing I know we are kissing.

We are kissing, but unlike a few weeks ago, I no longer feel any passion that usually accompanies his kiss.

"Yes, hello" the doctor says "are we done?" Mickey scowls at the doctor when he finally brakes the kiss. "Ok, Mickey, now, I've just met two versions of myself from the future and they've inited us laser tagging and we needed more people for the teams so we came here to bring you along!" he grins and Mickey stares absently, processing everything the doctor just said. I can't blame him, that's my doctor, always giving it to you in black and white because he finds you're reactions funny. wait. did I just say my doctor? That was weird.

"Ok, but just so you know doctor, I've been researching up on you doctor. I've gotten myself a course in computer hacking and I am no longer really afraid of what's put there!" He puts on the most bravest, serious face he can muster up. "yes, says the whimpering idiot cowering in the shadows with a baseball bat high above his head." the doctor grins cheerfully and mickeys face falls. "off we go then!" says the doctor.

I notice that jack has been awfully quite this entire time as we wonder back to the TARDIS.
