CC's P.O.V.
"Well! That was invigorating!" I smiled at Jasper as she stretched her arms above her head. "Did you notice something off in the crowd today?" I shrugged as I checked my makeup. "No, like what?" "Oh I don't know, A smaller population of little girls?" I froze, paling under the face paint. She wasn't smiling as she looked at me, I casually shrugged.
"I don't know what you're talking about." When her face didn't waver, I admitted defeat and sighed. "Fine, maybe I had a snack before I got here." My hands fell away from my face. "You're not gonna tell anyone are you?" She sighed and shook her head.
"I said I'd keep your secret didn't I? Just like you promised to keep mine. Which you have, else wise someone would've put Lucifer down by now. I just...worry about you that's all." I smiled and turned to face her. "I'll be fine, I promise." "So you say. Be careful Candy, missing children don't go unnoticed forever." I managed a weak smile, knowing she's right.
"Hello? Anyone there?" We glanced at each other at the new voice. 'Must be a fan.' She mouthed, I nodded. 'Let 'em in, we've got a few minutes before closing time.' She lightly nodded before opening the tent flap. "Is there anything we can help you with?" Someone came up but I can't see since Jasper's in the way.
"Hi, name's Alice, my friends and I wanted to tell you how much we loved the show." Jasper smiled and leaned against the pole, arms crossed. "You must be new, no one comes up to tell anyone that anymore." I rolled my eyes and walked over, pulling her aside. "Aw lay off Jas-." I stopped when I noticed a boy, he's standing next to a strawberry blonde with a mischievous twinkle in his eye.
He's a sandy blonde with peaceful green eyes and a clear face, free of any acne. He was messing with his fingers until he glanced up and saw me, eyes going a bit wider. For a second or two, I'm unsure what to do until I managed a smile.
"Hi." He nervously smiled back. "H-hi."
George's P.O.V.
I can't believe I let Alice talk me into this, we're actually going to talk to the two main girls of the show. I can't look up, I don't want to so instead I mess with my fingers. When I heard a voice stop talking, I looked up and my eyes go wide.
It's that girl again, the balloon one, her clear blue eyes sparkle adorably above the painted freckles and her sweet costume frames a perfect body. Her innocent little lips part before she carefully smiled, she must've taken out the fangs because her teeth look like any other but better, clean and flawless.
"Hi." I managed a weak, trembling smile. "H-hi." Her eyes sparkled as her smile widened. "What's your name?" I gulped before speaking. "G-George, f-fr-friends call me G-Georgie." She bobbed her head. "Pleased to meet you George, I'm Lucy." Lucy, even her name sounded perfect.
