Once I was dressed and cleaned I woke Violetta up. She said she would be ready soon so I headed down for breakfast. Olga had made pancakes and waffles this morning.

"Olga these look delicious!" I sing as I enter the kitchen

"Thank you Angie. Have you seen Mr. German this morning?" She asks.

Have I seen him this morning? Yes maybe just for a few hours. Olga would love to hear that.

"Yes, he left around forty minutes ago for a meeting." I say. It seems a lot more reasonable.

"No, No, No. That cannot be right. Ramallo and German have the first day off that they have had in weeks that's why I made happy pancakes!" Olga began pacing around the room and muttering things to herself.

I ignored it and went to sit down. As I ate Olga's 'happy pancakes' I began to wonder who was right. Had German lied to me about where he was going? Or had he lied to Olga? Why would he lie to either of us? It just seemed weird.

Violetta came down a few moments later. Upon seeing the pancakes she smiled.

"Olga! What's the occasion? Why have we got happy pancakes?" She yelled into the kitchen.

"Mr. German was supposed to have a day off but now he's at work so false alarm!" Olga yelled back.

Violetta sat down.

I had my tea in my hands and I began to blow on it to cool it down. Letting the steam die down slowly but steadily. I watched as the liquid rippled when I blew it. But my mind was not on the tea but on German and this morning and how after lying in his arms for one night I completely melted at his touch. That is so utterly wrong. He's my sister's husband! My niece is his daughter! It's basically like he is my brother! I cannot even begin to think-

"ANGIEEE" Yelled Violetta.

"What? You don't have to yell!" I replied.

"What are you thinking about?" Violetta asked smirking.

"Nothing. Why?" She was very suspicious.

"Well because I've called your name about 200 times and your in your own world!" She exclaimed. "Are you tired? Did you get enough sleep? I know we worried but I hope you slept." She seemed worried.

I looked down at my tea and smiled. "I'm fine Vilu. Great actually. I had a lovely night's sleep, best one I've had in ages. Trust me."

She considered what I was saying for a moment.

"Okay. That's Good. I honestly don't understand how you are so relaxed but I suppose that's good."

"Great! Have you finished your happy pancakes? We have another day ahead of us!" I squealed. I was really looking forward to today. I was just so happy, refreshed and raring to go!

Grabbing my bag, I headed for the door.

Violetta hadn't even stood up.

"Angie you are so quick today! I'm not ready yet! What's got you so perky?"
