A/N

Hope you like the prefs so far, one of my friends is going to start helping out with prefs soon too! I'm not as happy with this particular preference, but I wanted to get something posted. Also, we write all of these preferences, so if you want to use any of them or whatever, we'd appreciate it if you credit us or ask permission first :) thanks

Calum:

A ring. It was your one year anniversary and he was meant to be touring when someone knocked on your door. You opened it to find Calum on one knee, a glittering ring nestled in the velvet box in his hands. He didn't even get to say anything before you had thrown your arms around him, yelling 'Yes!' with tears streaming down your face. He stood up, slid the ring onto your finger and pulled you into a tight hug, only letting go when it started to rain so that you two could go inside.

Ashton:

Plane tickets. You had been getting stressed with school work and exams, so the second all your exams were over, he showed up at your house with two tickets to America, telling you to pack your bags. Just as you were about to protest, he told you he had cleared it with your parents, and had even helped to pay for your ticket. "I have work to do still, Ash," you reminded him, but he just smirked and told you he was pretty sure Disneyland was more important - by the next day, you guys were queuing up for Splash Mountain, wearing matching Mickey and Minnie Mouse headpieces.

Luke:

A guitar. You had always wanted to learn how to play, and Luke had promised to teach you when he got back from tour. When you woke up on your birthday, one week after 5SOS returned from tour, Luke wasn't beside you like he usually was. You wandered downstairs, drawn to the living room by the sound of quiet music. Luke was sat on the sofa, tuning a shiny new guitar complete with red bow. "Luke!" you gasped the second you saw the instrument. He smiled sheepishly at you, telling you he had wanted it to be a surprise, but you didn't mind - especially when he offered to get started with your first proper guitar lesson.

Michael:

Concert tickets. It was the week before Christmas, and one of your favourite bands was doing a show nearby. You were slightly upset because you hadn't managed to get tickets, but some of your friends were going. The second you got home from work, Michael told you to get changed before dragging you out. Surprisingly, you didn't even realise where he was taking you until you were actually inside the venue. The best part? He somehow managed to get backstage passes to meet the band too. Needless to say, that was your best present that year, and most of the years after that . . .
