Little Visits (2)

Daniel was getting dressed, that was until David came through the door.

"Hey Da-!" David stopped and his face turned red as he looked at a half-dressed Daniel. After that he quickly closed the door.

"David. We're both guys you know right?" Daniel raised his voice slightly so he could be heard.

"Y-Yes! I know! But... I just barged in!"

"That is true. Slight privacy issue there but it's fine," Daniel spoke as he opened the door and exited the room. "Ok. To Camp Campbell."

"T-To Camp Campbell, right!" David blurted out quickly.

Daniel walked to the front desk and signed himself out while David stood behind him. Once Daniel was done David walked with him to the car. When David got into the car he started it immediately, which caused the radio to turn on and blast the farmers almanac. Daniel jumped slightly at the sound and stared at David.

"Really?" Daniel asked.

"It's good!" David replied smiling.

"No." Daniel said as he turned off the radio, earning an 'aww' from David.

The car ride to the camp was long and quiet. David didn't really like it but Daniel seemed content so David didn't want to bother the blonde male who just got out of the hospital by turning on the radio.

When they arrived to the camp David started to get out of the car but that was before he noticed that Daniel was asleep, his head leaned against the window and quietly breathing. David leaned over to Daniel and shook his shoulder.

"Hey Daniel. We're here."

Daniel let out a small mumble before his eyes opened slightly and he looked towards David.

"We're here. Camp Campbell."

"Right." Daniel mumbled as he slowly got out of the car.

Daniel stretched and closed the car door. He looked around, recognizing the scenery a bit. Soon David caught his attention and they started to walk to the mess hall.

"It's been what? 2 month since you were last here?" David asked looking towards Daniel with a smile.

"3 with a few weeks." Daniel replied.

"Right."

They soon got to the mess hall where the children of Camp Camp where eating. Though it didn't sound like that due to the fact that they could hear Gwen yelling at someone to 'get the fuck down or so help me!'

"So... shall I just waltz in?" Daniel asked.

"No! Of course not! I can make it an announcement! You'll be the campers surprise for the day! They'll be so glad to have you back!" David said happily.

Daniel nodded as David went inside the mess hall. Daniel looked up to the sky and smiled.

"I'll succeed this time. I swear."
