Chapter Five

We drove back to my house and as soon as we walked into the house, I was greeted to Pete and Patrick making dinner. I put all the bags of Hot Topic and other stuff in my room and walked back downstairs into the kitchen. I walked up to Pete and put my hand on his shoulder (I'm 5'1 and Pete's 5'6 soooo) "What's for supper?" I asked him. He looked down at me and smiled. "Patrick and I are making Spaghetti and Meat sauce. You wanna help?" he asked. I looked up and nodded. "Okay well, Patrick needs some help with the meat sauce, mind helping him?" I looked over at Patrick and said "Sure! More bonding time for me and him!" I walked over to him. "Heya! Want some help?" I asked. Patrick smiled, "Sure do kiddo! Can you continue grounding up the beef while I go to the pantry and grab some things I need?" I nodded and took the spoon from him. He smiled, kissed the side of my head and went to the pantry to grab whatever he needed. I could feel Pete's gaze on me so I turned to him and he started smiling. I laughed, "What are you smiling at Pete?" he laughed and looked down, the back at me. "Seems you and 'Trick are getting closer. That's good!" I smiled. "Yeah, I guess. It be a lot more cooler if you an I were as close as me and Patrick" Pete looked up from the Spaghetti and at me. "Hey..hey yea! Maybe we could have a day together. Like, just the two of us! Maybe on Saturday" he exclaimed. I looked up at him with big eyes. "Hey yeah! That sounds great!" I exclaimed, excited that Pete and I were gonna hang out, just the two of us!

Patrick walked back into the room soon after and smiled. He gave Pete a kiss on the cheek before walking over to me and giving me a kiss on the head. "Looks great! Glad you didn't burn the meat while I was gone haha" I laughed and Patrick took over. He said I could go sit down with Brendon, Sarah and my "grandfather's" or I could go up to my room and put away all the stuff Sarah and I got. I decided to quickly do that and then come back down stairs and talk with the others. I ran up to my room and put away all the stuff. I grabbed my chest binder that Sarah had bought for me (even though I told her she didn't have too, she did anyways) and I put it on, as well as my new M A N   I   A shirt and Ravenclaw flannel. I also put on some Galaxy jeans. I admired how masculine I looked. I ran back downstairs and sat on the couch with Beebo and Sarah. "Hey kiddo! Wow! You look great in the new stuff we bought!" Sarah smiled (oops I did it again) and I smiled back. "Oh yeah nice shirt! It's My chemical falling pilots at the disco, right?" Joe asked, laughing hysterically. I laughed so hard I swore I was gonna fall off the couch. Once I got my breath back and sat back on the couch normally, we all continued talking. Dinner was ready soon so Brendon, Sarah, Joe and Andy all sat at the table as I helped Pete set the table. I sat down at the head of the table, so I was sitting in between Pete and Patrick. Both of them put the spaghetti and meat sauce on the table and everyone digged in. After a few minuets, I stood up.

"Everyone, I have something to say." Everyone's attention turned to me. Sarah gave me a thumbs up. I took a deep breath. "As you know, I am a biological female. But, I hope you will still want me after saying this, I am a transgender male. I still go by Quinn because I really like my name and I believe it is a non binary name. But I go by he him pronouns. I understand completely if you wan to send me ba-" Pete and Patrick interrupted me by attacking me with a hug. "Oh Quinn! We would never give you up because you were born in the wrong body!" Patrick exclaimed. Pete held onto me tighter, as if he was trying not to cry. They pulled away soon and both men had tears in their eyes. So did I. Joe, Andy and Brendon all attacked me in a hug. I fell backwards and all three of them landed on top of me. I laughed and so did they. "Oh Quinn! We support you!" Joe exclaimed. "Honey I'm so proud you came out and I'm proud to call you my nephew!" Brendon said with happiness in his voice and tears in his eyes. And for once,

I actually felt accepted.

Hey guys! Sorry for taking a long ass break, I needed some time to myself. I went through a break up and while my ex partner has already moved on and found someone new, I'm still here being forever single😂😂anyways, I didn't include Luci in this chapter because I felt like it might've ruined it. Idk I might go back and edit it and bring him into it. He'll be in the next chapter and a few more members of our favorite emo band will appear and maybe a love interest for Quinn! I'll even take in OCs that you guys have created or even yourselves! (No nekos or OCs with powers please, I wanna make this a realistic story but don't worry, I'll probably make a supernatural story and add in your OCs if you guys are cool with that) anyways, I hope you guys are still enjoying this book!
