This came inspired by talking to another rp'er. It's when someone wants to be in a ship sooo bad with your oc. But, they want a major/ or minor personality change so the ship can sail.
For example we'll take a stand offish oc. She's awesome, your oc wants to earn her trust by..... Making her change.
So after many fails at getting said ice cube to warm up the oc owner is asked. I want you to make your oc nicer so my oc can change her. Cause my oc loves yours but she's so mean.
Well that is the oc's personality. Making her not mean is like asking, Inuyasha to stop liking Ninja snacks.

Now granted as a tsundere if they warm up to you they will change some. As character progression.
But don't say ( Can you make your oc nicer. Mine is trying to earn her trust an make her change by following her around and grabbing her like a little handsie stalker)
And don't badger them. This is there oc. If you want your oc with their Tsundere, then find a way that works.
This tends to effect tsunderes most, but other deres are susceptible.
And this includes other changes too. I've seen people ask : Can you make your strait oc gay for me.. Or gay oc strait.
For the record answer is no.
