Murdoc is dressed as a doctor here, and there's a zombie Elvis close up in this picture. The other zombies could also be singers, but I can't recognize them. With Murdoc dressed up as a doctor and holding a syringe, he could possibly have brought them back from the dead.

Also, Bowie looks a little zombie-ish in the billboard in this picture. It could be that Murdoc is either bringing back singers from the dead to collab on a future Gorillaz album. And that may cause the end of the world. Or, since it's the end of the world, dead singers are coming back from the dead anyways.
