- Jungkook's POV -
"My parents keep asking if I'm getting shorter." Yoongi said all grumpy.
"My parents keep telling me to stop growing." I said. Yoongi gave me a look and Taehyung laughed out loud.
"Attention all students." The principle said on the speaker thing. "The field trip for 2nd years and 3rd years is this saturday to sunday. If you're interested, come get a permission form at the front office at dismissal, there's only 30 so be sure to come quick. Thank you."
The 6 of us all looked at eachother at the same time. In dissmisal, we all ran to the front office and grabbed our permisson form.
"According to this," Namjoon said, "We will go to an amusement park, from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Then we're going to eat at a 'fancy buffet', then we'll head over to a hotel, where we will stay. You will be able to head to the pool, game area, and go to the cafeteria in the hotel."
He continued, "On sunday, we will go to a classical concert. We will get food, eat at a park until 7 P.M. And then head home. Sounds good?"
It sounded great to me. I was stoked about going to this field trip, I could tell everyone else was excited too by the look of triumph in their eyes.
Even Yoongi looked happy. I shoved the permission slip in my backpack and walked outside. I said goodbye to everyone and started to walk away when I caught Jimin heading towards his car. I jumped and ran towards him, "Jimin!" He turned around and smiled brightly.
"Jungkookie." I caught up to him.
"Are you going to the field trip?" Jimin pouted, "No. I didn't make it to the office on time."
My heart sank. If Jimin is not going, then I'm not going.. "I could stay behind and keep you company--"
Jimin grinned, "Jungkookie, I was joking. I'm holding the permission slip in my hand right now."
I took a look at the paper and it was the slip. "Why'd you do me like that? I was legit planning on ditching my friends and staying behind for you."
Jimin awed, "you love that much?"
My heart fluttered and my face beamed red. "Y-you're crazy." Jimin laughed and pinched my cheek.
Suddenly, his phone started ringing. He looked at the caller ID and his eyes brightened even more. "It's my friend." He squealed. "I have to go Jungkookie, see you tomorrow?"
I nodded my head and smiled at him to prevent the disappointment from showing on my face, "yeah, see you."
He waved goodbye as he answered the call and got in his car. I sighed and walked over to Yoongi, who was texting as he leaned his body on his car.
"You got anything to do today, Hyung?" I asked him, as I arranged my backpack.
"I have plans with some old friends of mine, wanna join?"
I nodded my head eagerly. Yoongi nodded his head towards the car and I skipped over to the passenger seat of his car.
Once in and buckled up, he pulled out of the school parking lot and on the road we were.
"So, who are these friends of yours? You met them at school?"
Yoongi smiled, "Yeah, I met them at school, two of them were a year above me and one of them was below all of us, a freshman. You're gonna love them, I just know it, they're really cool."
Strangely enough, Yoongi was pulling to a very familiar neighborhood, my neighborhood.
"Hey, this is my neighborhood, what a coincidence that they live here too." I told him as I pointed out to him my house.
