There is a knock on the door.
" I will get it. Go ahead and put her to bed".
" Hey, I'm sorry for showing up unanounced".
" It's okay come on in" He enters and she closes the door. " She is putting her to bed. So you can head upstairs".

He stands at the door and admires Normani singing a lullaby to their daughter. He takes out his phone and begins to record the sweet, short moment between mother and daughter.
" Hey. How long were you standing there?"
" Long enough to appreciate the fact that our daughter has an amazing mother".
" I'm just happy that I have her in my life for good".
" I am so sorry for everything that happened over the past couple of years. Sadie could have been our second child if I hadn't made you abort our first".
" It's okay Val. I....I...forgive you" She begins to tear up.
He wipes her tears " Please don't cry. I am gonna make this right. I promise" He pulls her into his arms.
" I love you" She says into his chest.
