" Manibear and Camz it's nice to see yall".

" You too Lolo and I had to literally force her to come. She was just drenching herself in pizzas and watching reruns of PLL".

" Like I said I am just not in the mood to party".

" Val has got her stoked".

" What, it's the truth. You clearly still have feelings for the dude, since you have been emotional for days now".

" I need a drink. Excuse me".

" What's going on with her?".

" It appears that Val's and her connection are deeper than just than fuck buddies".

" Hmmm. Well maybe we should do something about them".

" Like what?"

" Get them back together".

" I don't think that's gonna work out".

" Yes. I didn't know those two were having problems".

" Normani is at the bar over there" Lauren gestures

" I don't think she would want to see me. She has moved on"

Lauren half chokes on her drink

" Really?" She raises an eyebrow

" Yes that's what she told me a few days ago".

" Well go talk to her. I'm sure she will even say hi to you if that's the only thing she does. Mila let's hit the dancefloor". She pulls the girl away.

" Drinking all by yourself?"

" Its just one drink, so I do not need company".

" Look I respect that you have moved on, but I would love to be your friend at least".

" I do not want to be anything with you".

" What is your problem Normani. A few months ago you couldn't keep your hands off of me. Now you are eager to get rid of me?"

" What the fuck do you take me for, a fucking hoe. I do not intend to be someone's fuck buddy for the rest of my life"

" Did I ever say that. How many times do I have to tell you that I love you?".

" That's the same thing you said in the past".

" So youre gonna dwell in the past forever?"

He grabs her wrist and pulls her into his chest.

" Look into my eyes and tell me you are not feeling the same way, and I promise you I will never bother you again".

" I...I....I...can't" She kisses him. " I am in love with you Val. But I'm scared".

" You dont have to be. I will not take you for granted this time babe. I love you so much" He presses their foreheads together as a tear falls from his eye.
