Once again, I don't own Doctor Who :)

I landed on what feels like a metal floor with my eyes squeezed shut and my cheek as the only cushion I had to my fall. I heard the doors shut and a second later, what I assumed was Dell's body smashed into the wooden barrier. "Time to go," I heard the man speak and I felt him step over me. This is it. This is how I die. "Are you alright?" I heard a British accent in the girls' voice. "I'm gonna die with British people," I mumble and remove my arms from my head and look up, slowly opening my eyes. Her dark eyes were filled with worry as she gazed at me. "Hi," I squeaked. Whirring noises caught my attention and my gaze darted to the scene behind the blonde girl. my mouth dropped open as I watched the man that I had seen earlier, run around a giant circle shaped centerpiece, flipping and hitting switches and buttons like a madman. A glowing pillar emerged from the center, reaching all the way up to the top of the dome-like room, which had glowing orbs plastered all over it. Around the centerpiece stood four pillars, bending and twisting like tree branches. "What the f-", the room lurched to the side, sending me sliding right into the girl's folded legs. "Grab the railing," the girl shouted to me over the loud roar of what sounded like an engine. From my spot on the floor, I reached up and grabbed the cold railing, my hand resting next to hers. As the room continued to sway under my feet, I carefully pulled myself up and steadied myself with shaky legs. "What's your name?" I hear the rumbling room come to a stop, the only sound being a low hum. "Clarke," I catch my breath and lean against the railing for support. "I'm Rose.

"How do you feel Daisy?"

I look up at the woman, feeling embarrassed. "I'm okay," I say quietly. The woman looks at me with a blank face and leans forward in her cushioned chair. "How do you feel about what happened yesterday?" she asks. I shrug my shoulders and look down. "Do you miss your parents?"

I shrug and start to fiddle with my fingers. "Someone told me they weren't my real parents," I say. "They weren't. But they took you in as a baby so that you could have a family that loves you," the woman says gently. "If my mom really loved me, she wouldn't have died."

"I'm the Doctor by the way, in case anyone was wondering," I looked at the man in the trenchcoat and converse, who was casually leaning against the centerpiece. He ran his hand through brown hair, staring intently at me. "Who was that man? Why was he chasing you?" I ignored the 'Doctor' and looked around the large dome we were currently in, feeling an uneasy feeling come over me. The gears in my brain started to turn, and I felt a vague sense of deja vu. I pursued the feeling but nothing came up. "I don't about you guys, but I'm pretty sure that I ran into a blue box, not a portal to Battle Star Galactica. I peered up at the ceiling and saw multiple black wires fanning out from the top of the blue pillar. "And how come I don't hear Dell trying to body slam into the door?" Rose tucked a strand of blonde hair behind her ear and opened her mouth to answer. "What kind of person names their kid Dell?" The Doctor interrupts, looking genuinely confused before Rose gives him a harsh stare. "It's not his real name," I murmur, still studying my surroundings. It was true after all, I gave him the name after one time I had asked him which name he hated the most.

The Doctor skipped towards us, stopping next to Rose. "Well, you go out those doors and you'll find yourself in Hollywood, where Dell is nowhere to be seen," he gives me a cheeky grin. "No, we were just in downtown Los Angeles," I scoff and cross my arms. The Doctor looks as if he wanted to say something, but then took a glance at Rose and kept quiet. "Just have a look. We'll give you money for a bus," Rose gives me a warm smile and the Doctor leans in next to her. "You do know that I don't actually have any money?" Rose pursed her lips. "Then we'll steal from a bank," she whispered back. "Yeah...I'm just gonna go. I can walk," I slowly back away from the couple and turn towards the door, placing my hand on the handle. I gave it a hard pull, but the wooden door stayed in place. "I think it's stuck," I mutter, and I pull again. The Doctor walks over next to me and places his hand on mine, and I felt his rough calloused hands. "It's not stu-", he frowns after pulling the door himself and finding that it made no effort. "I-I think it's locked Doctor," Rose says behind me. "Well, what'd you do that for?" The Doctor looks up, making his remark to the ceiling instead of an actual person. I take my hand away from the handle and let the Doctors hand fall to his side. "Why did you lock me in here?! I didn't do anything! The only reason I ran into the freaking box was that it's LA! I've honestly seen weirder things than a giant box, so I said fuck it, why not run into the mysterious box with two psychopaths?" I tug on my hair and twist it around my fingers, a coping mechanism I use to deal with the crap life dumps on me. "We didn't lock you in here Clarke," the Doctor reached into his suit pocket and pulled out a silver device. He pointed it at the door and pressed a small button on the side, the device emitting a blue light at the end, and whirring noise. "Is that like a British flashlight or something?" The Doctor ignored my comment and focused on the silver device. The whirring noise comes to a stop, and the Doctor holds it up in front of his eyes. "The TARDIS locked us in. But she's never done that before!", The Doctor exclaimed and ran a hand through his hair again, furrowing his eyebrows. "Why would she do that though?" I felt myself cringe and tugged my hair even harder. Why are they talking about the room like it's a person?

I heard a noise behind me and turned to see the pillar above the centerpiece, start to move two disks inside of it. The room lurches once again and we all stumble to the side. "Doctor!" The Doctor ignores Rose and runs to the centerpiece, leaving us to steady ourselves. "Doctor what are you doing?!" I see the Doctor take a hammer out of his pocket and start hitting the centerpiece. How the hammer fit in there, I don't know. "Stop it !", the Doctor yells at the centerpiece. The room comes to a stop, and everything is still again. "Where are we?", Rose asks. "For God's sake! We're still in LA! We haven't moved," I exclaim. The Doctor drops the hammer to the floor, and sprints back to the door. "Please work," the Doctor gives a hard pull, and to my relief, it swings open. "Finally!", I push past the Doctor and exit the room. "Clarke wait!"

I step out into the strangely bright light, remembering that we were in an alley the last time I checked. My eyes adjust to the lighting, and when I can see clearly, I find myself staring down the barrel of a gun.
