"Mom, can Steven spend a night here? Please?" Connie asked.
"Yes he can, but no funny business. Got it!" Connie's mom yelled.
Connie led Steven upstairs and they walked in Connie's room.
"Here we are. My room." Connie said.
"It's like a library in here. You have so many books." Steven said.
"What do you want to do first?" Connie asked.
"I just want to dance with you." Steven said.
Connie blushed.
"What song are we going to listen to?" Connie asked.
Steven took his phone from his pocket.
"We can listen to this song." Steven said.
I made up this song too:
Just one step to victory.
And you will finally see.
That the world has gone far.
We know who we are.
Just feel my touch.
A love of such.
When I grab your hand
I'm reaching for beauty you understand.
I don't want you to leaveCause' I don't know what love to receive.
It's something that I'll share
And you that I'll spare.
So what are you waiting for.
Don't just slam the door.
(Song end)Steven looked down at Connie and picked her up and started to swing her around. They were both giggling and Steven tripped. They fell but Connie fell on Steven and their noses were touching.
"C-Connie..." Steven said.
"S-Steven..." Connie said.
Connie looked like she was pinning Steven down so she could kiss Steven.
"Connie. What are you doing with that boy?" Ms. Mahaswran asked is a very angry, yet calm voice.
"We were just dancing and Steven picked me up and he tripped and we seemed to have landed in this position. I swear it's not what you think it is." Connie said.
"Young man," Ms. Mahaswran started," can Connie and I have some privacy?"
"O-Oh y-yeah... Sure." Steven said.
"I know you like this boy, but you can't be going that far." Connie's mom said.
"WAIT, WHAT! I told you it's not what it looks like." Connie yelled.
"Yeah, but then again..." Ms. Mahaswran said.
"I know he's the first boy to like me, but this is new to me." Connie said.
"Connie, that's the reason why I want to warn you. You're new this." Ms. Mahaswran said.
"You know I'm not that kind of person." Connie said.
"Ok, fine, I'll leave you on your own." Ms. Mahaswarn said.
Steven walked back in the room and was holding something.
"Here Connie, I bought this for you and almost forgot to give it to you." Steven said.
"Th-Thank you." Connie said.
"I'll just be going home." Steven said.
"Oh... Ok. I'll see you tomorrow." Connie said.
