Ch.67 Hook scent

On the other side of the island, everyone else made it to the shore where they peeked from the woods at Blackbeard's crew who were on shore in front of some get away boats.

"Anyone see the diamond?" Terrence questioned.

"Right there" Darling pointed to a pirate who was admiring the Never Diamond.

"Anyone got any ideas on how to get it back?"

"Why don't we just ambush them?" Arial suggested.

"I don't think that's a good idea" Chase opinionated "We may loose the diamond in the progress."

"Well then does anyone else have a better idea then?"

After a moment of thinking, Aidan took a glance at his sister who had just pushed her hair to the back, giving him an idea.

"Darling-" his face lit up "Why don't you use your hair to slow down time so that you can go up and take the diamond?"

"Yes" she pointed in agreement "Okay everyone look away."

"Hold on" Jane suddenly spoke "That is a good idea, but I wanna add something to it."

"What?"

"If we get thee diamond back, we have to make sure the buccaneers wont go after us."

"What do you have in mind?"

"I'll be back, just make sure the buccaneers stay on shore until I come back."

And with that she headed off, leaving everyone wondering what she was planning.

After leaving the group, Jane made her way to the Crocodile's grotto where she stood in front of the opening and took a deep breath as she pulled out her knife. After rolling up her sleeve, she pressed the blade against her forearm and made a slice as a blood drop fell into the water. She then waited for the blood to sent its scent, and soon she began to hear the clock ticking from the grotto followed by a movement in the water.

"That's it" she cooed in a mocking way while letting more of her blood drip into the water while gathering some onto the knife "Follow the scent."

Back at the shore, as everyone continued to wait for Jane, Elena and the girls came up to the group.

"What are you guys doing?" she asked as they all shushed her.

"We're waiting for Jane" Darling explained "And at the same time we have to make sure Blackbeard's crew don't leave the shore."

"Where's Piper?" Chase suddenly asked.

"Pan trapped him in here" Mira held up Pandora's Box "We didn't get a chance to trap Pan, but we did get the heart back."

"Okay good."

"Where are the Wonderlandians?" Olivia questioned.

"Jane's ship with the Lost Boys and Peter and Wendy" Terrence answered "Jane said that she got an idea and that we have to wait here until she comes back."

"Well she better hurry-" Elena pointed to the pirates "The pirates are getting into those boats right now."

Everyone turned and just as she said, the pirates were already pushing the boats into the water. But before they could do anything, Jane soon came back.

"Okay I'm back" she announced.

"Well the pirates are already going" Terrence pointed.

"Well in that case, Darling use yer power, and when you get the diamond-" she pulled out her bloody knife "Wipe this on one of the pirates."

"What for?" Darling questioned confused.

"Just trust me."

She gave a sigh as she took the knife "Alright. Everyone close your eyes."

Everyone either did so or turned away, and with that she flipped her hair, and due to her magic touch, it as able to slow down her surroundings but speed herself up. And using her speed, she ran towards the pirate that had the diamond as she reached into his pocket and pulled it out. And remembering what Jane had told her, she wiped the bloody knife on the pirate's shirt and quickly made her way back just as her magic touch warred off.

"Got it" she announced while holding up the diamond.

"And just in time" Aidan pointed where everyone saw the pirates getting into the ships and sailed now.

"So Jane-" Darling said "Why did you want me to wipe the bloody knife on the pirate?"

"Because-" Jane started to explain when everyone suddenly heard the ticking noise "That's why."

She pointed out as everyone turned and saw the figure of the Crocodile swimming towards the boats.

"The Crocodile goes after the smell of a Hook" she smirked "And uh, ye all should look away for this."

Everyone's eyes widen as they watched as the Crocodile began to attack the boats and the crew who all panicked in terror.

"Yeah let's get to the ship" Mira ordered with shock as they all fled the scene.

Once they got onto Jane's ship, everyone surrounded the Wonderlandians who were placed down on the deck.

"Let's get Piper out first" Mira suggested as she opened Pandora's Box as Piper popped out and onto the deck.

"Thanks" he breathed in relief "It was cramped in there."

"Well we got the heart and the diamond back" Elena explained as she helped him up.

"You did?" he gasped.

"Here" Darling handed him the diamond "You should be the one to hold onto it."

He nodded in agreement as he took the diamond and turned to Mira who was still holding onto the heart.

"What about Pan?" he inquired.

"Well we couldn't trap him" Mira explained "But he seems weak now."

"That's fine I guess" he sighed "Let's just save our friends."

Mira then stood in front of the Wonderlandians and held the heart out, she then waved her hand over it as everyone watched the aura flow out from the heart and back into the Wonderlandians. And after placing the heart back into Brenden's chest, she stepped back and waited, but no response.

They all continued to wait, and just when they thought they were too late, the Wonderlandians suddenly awoke in gasps. And with that everyone smiled relieved as they helped their friends up.

"Oh my God" Elena sighed in relief as she pulled Lauren into a hug "I thought you were a goner."

"What happened?" Lauren asked confused.

"We'll explain later" Elena promised with a smile.

"Damn" Ilene sighed "I don't think I wanna go to Neverland for a while."

"I wont argue with that" Piper smirked.

"Are you guys okay?" Peter questioned them.

"I think so" Brenden breathed while clutching his chest "What happened to Pan?"

"We weren't able to trap him" Elena replied "But he's kinda weak now so I suggested we get out of here while we still can."

"Right" Mira agreed "Let's finally get out of here."
