Once Jane made it to the small waterfall of Neverpeak Mountain, she quickly pulled out her water canteen and began to fill it up with the water. Being the only cure for a slash caused by Dreamshade, this was her only chance to save Aidan as she closed her canteen.

"Don't leave just yet" she suddenly heard Pan's voice behind her "I wanna talk to you."

Realizing this wasn't going to go well, Jane gave a sigh of frustration as she faced him.

"What do ye want?" she grunted.

"To offer you a deal. Come work for me, just like how you were back in the good ol days."

"I never worked for you" she frowned "And I don't miss thee old days."

"What if I would offer you something very hard to come by?... A passage off the island."

"Still not interested, and I already have a passage off this island."

"You think you do-" he smirked "But things have changed Jane. You can try to leave the island, but when I'm here, there's no way off."

"Like I'm going to believe that" she scowled.

"You don't have to believe me, I'm just saying. As long as I'm here, the barrier between this world and others remain close. You may have been able to escape before, but now, you and your mateys are pretty much trapped here. Unless of course, you come work for me."

"What if I'm not interested?" she questioned with a frown.

"Of course you are, because that's what I've always liked about you, you're so good at surviving."

"Even if I was interested, what would ye make me do?"

"Be my employee, do all my dirty work."

"What dirty work?"

"You know me, I like action. If you are interested, then I wanna see you kill that prince before the venom does, I wanna see your hook in his body."

Jane gave a deep growl.

"Forget it" she scowled "I'm not interested."

"Well that's a shame-" he sneered "I was going to promise something else."

"I don't need any of yer promises" she scowled as she started to head off.

"Even if it has to do something with Piper?" he suddenly put in as she stopped.

Knowing he has her attention, Pan gave a sneaky grin as she faced him.

"What of him?" she demanded.

"You may have already guessed that he's alive, but that's not the best part, he's here in Neverland."

Jane's eyes widen as she stood there with shock.

"Now wouldn't it be nice to know where he is?" he sneered.

Jane felt his blood boil as she gave a growl.

"I don't need yer help" she growled "I'll find him on me own."

"Gonna be kinda hard when you don't know where he is" he smirked.

"I'm a pirate, and I do things thee pirate way."

And with that she stormed off.

(Flashback) Later that day, Piper and Abby went to a large river where they took a break on some boulders.

"You know I thought the fairies were going to kill you" Piper confessed "Because they're known to get jealous easily."

"Does that have to do when Tinkerbell used to be jealous of your mother?" Abby smirked.

"Pretty much, even though they've gotten along now, Tink can still be overprotective, especially with me. But she seems to like you."

"Yeah" she agreed with a smile "And I like her as well."

They both exchanged smiles as they turned back to the river.

"You know the Crocodile swims in this river" Piper spoke up.

"Really?" her eyes widen.

"Yep" he grinned "But don't worry, if we hear a clock ticking, we'll go."

"Is the Crocodile ever going to give up on hunting Hook?"

"I doubt it" he smirked "I guess the Croc is a picky eater, he prefers the blood of an angry codfish."

She gave a small giggle as he then pulled out his rum canteen, opened it, and brought it to his lips just as Abby spoke up before he could drink it.

"Can I have a sip?" she asked.

"Seriously?" he smirked "Even after it burned your throat?"

"Well you said that I'll get used to the taste, and I think I should."

"Very well" he offered her the canteen as she took a sip with a cringe.

"Still burns" she remarked as they both chuckled.

But all of a sudden, Abby started to feel pain in her stomach as she clutched it.

"You okay?" Piper asked.

"I-" she tried to speak, but the pain started to spread throughout her body as her breath shorten.

She clutched her throat as she started to choke while dropping the canteen and sliding off the boulder.

"Abby!" Piper gasped as he ran to her as she continued to choke when she then felt pain in her heart.

Not knowing what was happening to her, Piper frantically searched her body for signs. And that's when he saw it, the veins on her arms had turned black, and so had the veins on other parts of her body.

"Dreamshade" he gasped as he turned to his canteen and saw that the rum had spilled out and had killed a flower that was near the boulder.

Not knowing how Dreamshade got into his drink, he turned his attention back to Abby and unbuttoned the top of her nightgown and could see the venom getting closer to her heart. Even though he knew there wasn't a cure if Dreamshade was consumed instead of slashed on the skin, he had to at least try. So he pulled out his vessel containing healing water from the waterfall of Neverpeak Mountain and opened it.

"Abby drink this" he ordered.

Abby opened her mouth while still gasping for air as he dunked the water into her mouth.

"Swallow it please" he begged as Abby tried to swallow the water.

Fearing the worse, Piper looked at her chest and watched as the venom got even closer to her heart.

"Come on please stay with me" he begged as his heart pounded with fear as he watched the venom spread through the veins on her face.

As her breath shortened more, he watched in horror as her eyes tilted back as she stopped breathing.

"No!" he screamed  as he shook her "Abby!"

No response. It was no use, he tried and he failed, there was nothing that can cure Dreamshade when consumed, Abby was gone.
