"When do we need to go?" I asked, scenes of the nether flashing through my head.
"Now." He whispered.
I stepped back from him in shock.
"Like, right now?"
"Yes. Before he gains full power."
"Malachi?" I asked. He knew what I meant.
"On it. Go." Malachi said, still not taking his eyes off Xander.
"Ok. Where's the nearest nether portal?" I asked, still twiddling my thumbs at the very thought.
"There's a wolf tribe in Brightport. It's abandoned, don't worry."
"OK. Malachi, you have an explanantion?"
"Went to visit  old friends in Brightport."
"Perfect. Let's go, Xander."
We walked to the docks, Xander was a lighter shade.
"You're-"
"Loki, we don't have time to waste."
"Yep. Let's go."
I climbed in the only boat that was there, and immediately set sail.
When we got to Brightport, there was a lady at the gates.
"Hello, child. Why are you coming to Brightport?"
"I have old friends. Julian, Quillen, and Rowland."
"Ah. In any case, welcome to Brightport." Her ponytail swished.
"Thanks." We hurried to the wolf village, not stopping once.
"Here." Xander said.
"Where's the portal?" I wheezed.
"That cave." He motioned towards an abandoned cave.
We treaded in, and saw the portal. It was your classic, 5 by 4 obsidian portal.
I held his hand and slowly, took a step in.

Garroths POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I watched Loki leave, and saw her stand outside, breathing in and out. Slowly.
"Do you really care about that--"
"Quiet, prisoner." Dante yells.
I watched Loki dart away, and to Aphmaus house.
Zane must have seen my position change. "You gonna go after her? That child is nothing but trouble." He smirked.
"I like trouble." I muttered to Zane.
Before leaving, I looked at Zane through the bars. "If you do anything to her--"
"I don't care about her. I just want to get on your nerves."
I left the guard station, and carefully followed Loki up the hill.
There, on top of the hill, is a spectre.
Of the boy that cut me, Loki's brother.
She stands, and watches. She dosent move an inch.
Barely making out what they were saying, I heard a few sentences.
''Was it all an act?" She asks, loudly this time.
"No. That thing took my body."
"When do we need to go?"
"Now."
Where are they going, I wonder to myself.
"Where's the nearest nether portal?" Loki asked.
Whoa, the Nether!? They'll die for sure. I don't know what stops me from running up there and shouting no, but I don't move.
The siblings leave, and being that guy, I followed them. Waiting til they were out of sight, I took a boat to Brightport and followed them. After watching them pass Azura, I ran up the hill.
"Garroth! Hey buddy!" Azura smiled.
"Hi Azura. Listen, did you see two kids run through here, ones a spectre, the others alive?" I asked.
"Oh yeah. They just passed here. Going to see old friends, or something. Are you okay Garroth?"
"I need to find them. Now." I mutter. "Which way is that abandoned wolf village?" I asked, a hint of worry creeping in.
"Just south that way. Garroth, are you sur-"
"Yep! Gotta go!"
I ran, not thinking of anything else except her. Why did she cross my mind so much? That girl was very dangerous, but that's it. Did I seriously get attached to her? Yes, she reminded me of Vylad a lit-
Is this what that was about.
I was just seeing her as my dead brother.
I reached that wolf tribe village from when I met Dante. A lot had happened since then. I heard a flashy sound from a cave in the village.
Loki.
I raced to the cave, just missing her.
"Fuck!" I shouted, banging my hand against the wall.
I can still catch her.
I ran in, ignoring the fact that Laurance told me, that too much action could break a portal.
I couldn't find her.
I must have stood there for an hour, at least, that's what it felt like.
Until I heard a boyish scream. "Loki, I love you! Anything in that body is done by him!"
The spectre boy.
I raced to the sound.
Loki's POV
~~~~~~~~
I stood there, in a place I never wanted to come back to. I hated the nether , and never wanted to come back.
"We kill him here, he's gone forever." Xander said to me.
"What will happen to you?" I asked, not wanting to lose the only fragment of a brother I had left.
"I die with him. He has my body, and attached to it, my soul."
We walked, and walked, and walked. Until we saw it. An alter type thing. There sat Xander, or at least, his body.
"Well. Glad to see you've come, miss Loki." A voice identical to Xander says.
"Let my brothers spirit free." I demanded.
"Meh. I don't think I have to listen to a twelve year old. After all, I am 900 years older than you."
I glare at the spirit, and he laughs.
"Well, you've come to kill me here, I assume?''
"Your smart for someone who's about to die." I growled.
"Your also smart for someone who walked into their own death trap." He cackled.
"Loki, run!!!" The real Xander screamed.
"No. He dies now." I pulled out Dantes katanas, which I never bothered to return.
Running at him, he blocks, and I went flying,and my face was soon inches away from a lava pit.
Xander was barely visible. Oh no.
"Xander!" I cried. He was fading.
"Loki, I love you! Anything in that body is done by him!"
And those were my brothers last words.
The spirit, who I just now decided to name Dominic , walked up to me with both of Dantes katanas.
"Such a shame that you have to die. You have a loooooooot of power, for a little girl."
He raises both swords, and all I can do is flinch and wait for impact, since every other side of me is surrounded by lava.
It never comes.
I open my eyes to see Garroth locked in combat with Dominic.
"What! Who are you? I'm trying to kill someone here!"
"And I'm here to stop you."
I'm still trapped, so I don't know where to move. Garroth kicked Dom in the stomach, and he went flying back to the altars. Before moving on to Dom, Garroth walks to me.
"You okay?" He asked.
"Yeah. Thanks." I said, tears still on my face from the heat of the lava.
"No problem. Just tell me next time you travel dimensions. I care about you." He said, stroking the tears away.
Turning around, he walked up to Dom and strikes him in the chest with his sword.
Dom dropped to the hard Netherrack, and cried out one last sentance.
"I may be gone, but the shadow Knights aren't."
Then his eyes glazed over.
Garroth ran up to me, and pulled me to the Altar.
"Are you okay?" He asked again.
"Y-yeah. Let's get back to our world." I stuttered.
He picks me up piggy back style.
"What's with the piggy back ride?" I asked, a bit concerned.
"You hurt your leg. We'll go faster this way." He responds.
I brush my leg. It does hurt. And I'm so tired. I couldn't help but fall asleep on Garroths back.
Dom is there, and smiles at me.
"I told you I'm not gone." He smirked.
I jump up, and see Azura in a distance.
"You okay?" Garroth asks. He does that too much.
"D-dom."
"Who's Dom?"
"The bad spirit."
"He's gone. And I'll make sure of it."
I nodded and fell back asleep, ignoring the strange looks from the people of Brightport.
Before falling asleep, I hear one sentence.
"I'll keep you safe, Loki. Just remember that."
It's from Garroth.

Hey guys, sorry this chapter was extra long, but I liked it.
It wasn't what I originally thought, but came out good, at least in my head.
It's late, I have stuff tomorrow, and I'm tired.
Til then, my friends.
