Matt's POV:
"Woa," I said. Dan started to laugh. "I'm just joking," he replied. Even though I wanted to kiss him, it just wasn't the right time yet.
Dan's POV:
Me and Matt were watching a whole bunch of my videos online. Finally, I just felt like kissing her. Yet she pulled away, which slightly hurt. But hey, you can't really blame her. We just met a couple hours ago. "So, what do your parents do for a living?" I asked. Then I mentally punched myself in the damn face. That was none of my buisness. "They died in the library fire down the road," Matt responded. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry I even brought that up," I said. "Stupid, stupid, stupid," I said while hitting myself in the face.
"It's okay, you didn't know," Matt said. It wasn't okay, I just shouldn't have even asked that. "I better go," I said. Before Matt could say anything, I got up and walked back across the street to my apartment, feeling kind of sad now.
I unlocked my door and went to lay in the hall. I began to think of the massive mistake I made. Me and Matt could be laughing and talking.
Matt's POV:
Great, my day was going good until Dan left. I wasn't mad that Dan had asked about my parents, he was curious about it. He looked really, really sad when he left. I wish he didn't. I put my headphones on and started listening to Bastille.
I got up and start walking around the park, continuing to sing Pompeii. "You have a really nice voice," said what looked to me a five year old boy walking with his mum. He gave me a daisy. "Why, thank you," I said. "You have a nice son," I said to his mum. She smiled at me. I started walking again, staring at the daisy. It was a pure white with yellow right in the middle, making it look like a strange sun.
Dan's POV:
My head was spinning, thinking about Matt. I got up to see her still walking around the park. I put on my shoes, hoodie, and headed outside. The rain was coming down harder than before, making it hard to see. I crossed the street, making sure not to get hit by a car. "Matt," I called. She didn't respond. I hoped she wasn't mad. But then I heard her singing. "And the walls kept tumbling down in the city that we love," she sang. It was sounded so pretty.
I snuck up behind Matt and put my hand on her shoulder. She turned around and punched me in the face. Harder than any girl I've ever seen.
Matt's POV:
I felt a fairly large hand rest on my shoulder. I thought it was a rapist or something. I turned around to punch them as hard in the face as I could. But, when my fist came off their face, I saw Dan standing there. "Oh my god Dan I'm so sorry," I said. I couldn't believe what I just did, and I saw blood coming from his nose, and possibly his mouth. "Are really that mad at me?" he asked. "I'm not mad at you at all," I replied. I helped him stand up, as he fell when I punched him. I got a good look at his face. He was cut around the mouth, and his nose was bleeding badly. "Where's your apartment?" I asked. He pointed to it.
I walked him to his apartment. We went into his bathroom, started to clean his cuts, and made his nosebleed stop. "You have one hell of a puch," Dan said. "I know," I replied while putting small bandages on his face.
I looked into his eyes. Before I knew it, his lips were on mine, moving slowly. I started to kiss back. I ran my hands through his hair, with his hands around my waist.
A/N:
I tried to make this chapter fairly long. Which I'm not good at. More of this story, and my Jack Harries story coming soon. Yay (not really.) But don't forget to leave me a comment.
