chapter 8

We're at Nick's place it's pretty close to school. No wonder he's always on time. Nick has been behaving a bit awkwardly. And it's making me uncomfortable and Stan hasn't spoken much either.

"We're here. Get in guys. My mom's prolly at work so we can go to my room and do whatever you guys wanna do.. why don't y'all go upstairs I'll get some snacks for us." Nick says

I nod. And Stan says "Do u need some help Nick?"

"uh.. yeah if you wanna" Nick replies.
"Sure.. we'll be there in 10 minutes Rene. Why don't you wait upstairs."

"Yes ofcourse dont take too long please." I say and start walking towards Nick's room.

His room is so clean . Rear my room isn't this clean. And all these posters. Omg he's a huge fan of the Beatles and pink Floyd as well.. I dint know that. Im waiting on his bed while I hear some noices coming from downstairs. Im getting down the stairs when I hear

"Omg Nick you're such a flirt.. I hate you." Stan says.
"No. I'm not. I love you silly.." Nick says in return. WHAT THE FUCK IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING.

and then when i finally get down.. I see them making out. Like Nick is all over Stan.. WHAT THEY'RE LITERALLY KISSING?!!!

Stan sees me and pulls away.. while Nick is still lost in the kiss.
He sees me and is staring at me with astonishment.

"Rene did you see something?" Nick asks me.. "Of course she did.. you fool" Stan replies.

"uh.. yeah I saw you guys kissing. And let me tell you. Its alright. Im not homophobic. I believe in love is love. And you can love anybody you want. Back there I had gay friends too.. so not a problem with me. Not at all. I'm sorry for disturbing you lovers though" I say

      “Uh.. it's alright. I wanted to tell but I dint know if I should or not.” Nick says.

         “oh no its alright I'm cool with it. But honestly Nick acted way too straight for me to think he's gay.” I say winking at Stan.

“ I know he likes to flirt with everyone. Fuck you Nick. ” Stan rolls his eyes while saying so.

Omg they're so cute together. “Shut up. I love you. Okay?” Nick says in return.

   “How long have you guys been going out?”. I ask.

    “Uh.. it's gonna be our first anniversary this September 25th. ” Stan says blushing.

“Aww.. can we go watch some movie.?” I ask. “Sure What do you wanna watch?”

And we end up watching Titanic. Omg Nick looks so emotional. I can't even focus on the movie and Stan hugging him. I haven't checked my phone in like 2 hours
I have 2 new messages from Matt. Why tho.
Matt: hey wyd?
Matt: you there?

Me: hey. Im at Nick's place watching Titanic. Wby?

Matt instantly replies
Matt:  I'm jealous :(

Me: you have no reason to be.

Matt: that was rude. Do u wanna crab some ice cream ik a really nice place around here.

Me: rn? What do I tell Nick and stan?

Matt: that you're going out on a date with your hot proffessor. ;)

Me: you're not so hot okay? :( Lemme ask them. Shuld I tell them I'm going with u? Or with somebody else?

Matt: obviously somebody else what are they gonna think about me. I've got a reputation to maintain okay? ;)

Me: okay. I'll let uk if I'm coming or not in 5 minutes.

Matt: it better be a yes or else you're failing English this year. 😂

Me: omg. Don't blackmail me okay? Ill let uk.

I look over and Nick and Stan all cuddled up and engrossed in the movie. I hate to disturb them. But I have to do this.. to know more about Matt. I have to know what is with him. So i finally decide to speak up.

“Uh.. guys my mum just called she needs some help at home. So I guess I'm gonna take off now.”

Nick replies by saying “omg so soon. We haven't even had fun yet. But if its important you should go.”

“Yeah Rene I'll see you around” stan says.
“Sure guys it was so much fun. And dont worry your secret is safe with me.” I say this and begin to leave.

I drop a text to Matt asking him to come pick me up. He replies with a I'm on my way. God!!! I dont even know how this is gonna end up.
