The Spirit In the Mansion

<Author's POV>

I woke up and quickly realize that I am not in the mansion.

I looked around

Wait.

I'm on the same bed.

"Hello! Your name is Lee
Y/N. Date and time of death; March 17,2011. However, you were sent back because of your unfinished work."

You looked up and saw the same lady that gave you the necklace on that day.

"WHAT HAPPENED? WHERE IS TAEHYUNG?!" You said getting off the bed.

"Lee y/n, calm down. He is alright. Destiny is with him."

'The book!'

I nodded.

"So what happened?"

"Come with me." She gestured and I followed her to a room that was filled with screens.

"This room is filled with your memories." She then left the room leaving me behind.

{ - On the screen - }

The demon raced towards and snatched your heart out of your hand.

By the way he was holding it, his claw was digging into it which made your lungs tighten causing you to gasp, trying to get air.

You looked over to Taehyung who was in his own world.

'I'm sorry'

He then looked at you but you...

Died.

The demon ate your heart. His hypothesis failed. Eating your heart did not give him more power because you poisoned your heart.

You were going to die either way.

He died from the holy water that you drank.

You were a spirit, not an angel.

He was a demon.

{ - screen closed - }

You sank to your knees feeling scared.

'What happened to Taehyung?'

'I'm so sorry.'

"Don't worry child. He is fine." You looked up and saw "Destiny"

She nodded. "MOM!" She smiles brighter.

Her arms opened, inviting her daughter into her arms.

Her daughter cried in her arms.

'Was this a dream.'

Her mother chuckled.

"Would you like to see him?I think he would want to see you."

You nodded vigorously.

You walked through the portal your mother, Destiny made.

You both made eye contact with each other. He changed, the passage world can take years in the human world. He had long hair.

You didn't care. You ran up to him and hugged him.

Your lips attached to his and you both stayed in that position but out of nowhere he pushed you off a little, which made you confused.

"Babe what should we do tonight?" A girl came walking in. She couldn't see you of course.

"I-I don't k-know. Why don't you g-go check on the kids."

'K-Kids?'

You looked at him confused.

He pulled your hand.

"Babe! I'm going out for a little bit!"

"Ok!"

You two ended up at a park.

"What is happening?" You asked fed up with not knowing anything.

"I-I'm married. A-Also I h-have a family." You looked at him in shock.

Something in your empty space, where your heart used to be, was feeling weird.

"O-Oh"

"Are you okay?"

You nodded. Here you thought you two would live happily ever after.

You pushed those 'feelings' away and smiled.

"Congratulations. I'm so happy for you."

"A-Are you sure?" You nodded.

'Time is up.' You heard your mother said.

"I've got to leave." You stood up and he as well. "So soon." You smiled and nodded.

You gave him the tightest hug ever.

"Geez. It's like you will never see me again." You squeezes him even tighter.

"Y-Y/N."

"Be safe and take care of your family." You let go and stepped back. You threw the powder your mother gave you in the air,

He inhaled the air and shook his head and he couldn't see you anymore.

That's it.

You let him go.

But at least he is happy.

You stood in front of him smiling while tears were running down your cheeks.

"Let's go child." Your mother touched your shoulder.

You nodded and walked with her. You turned back and saw him walking away from you.

"Goodbye Taehyung."
