Chapter 71-Welcome

It was July 20, exactly one month after Hanna's birthday. I was sitting on the couch giving Hanna a bottle of formula with the twins sitting on the floor coloring pictures. It was hard to believe the two of them were three years old. Niall was out at the store getting some more groceries for us. My phone began to ring.

"Hello?"

"Jordan! My water just broke!"Di yelled on the other end.

"Oh my god!!!" I said loudly. I hung up my phone, cradeled Hanna, grabbed the diaper bag and got Liam and Ariel.

"Guys, Aunt Di is having the baby!" I said to the twins. I buckled all three of the kids into the car and called Niall to inform him of the news.

I got to the hospital quickly just in time to meet the Louis and Eleanor who helped me get the kids into the hospital. "I'm so excited to see their baby" Eleanor said jumping up and down.

"I know!' I said as we walked to Di's hospital room. She was in a very familiar state to myself just a month before; stressed and sprawled in the hospital bed with a very excited Zayn standing beside her.

"Congrats!" I said awkwardly hugging her.

"Do you think it's gonna be a boy or girl?" Eleanor asked as Liam,Dani, Harry and Ariana walked into room greeting everyone.

"Boy!' Di piped up at the same time Zayn said "Girl!"

As much as I knew Di wanted a little baby girl,google had convinced her she was having a boy.

It took Di two more hours to reach the point in which we all had to leave the room in order for her to be moved to give birth.And sure enough, when Zayn ran out of the delivery room to announce the birth of their baby... it was a boy!

"You guys can see Di and the baby soon" He said before entering the room again.

I was shaking with excitement as the kids waited with the others while Niall and I went to visit first. Di was in the bed holding her new son in her arms.

"Do his godparents want to hold him?" Zayn asked looking at me and Niall. I grinned and shook my head.

"Yesss!' I squealed as Zayn carefully handed the baby to me. He was a cute, somewhat tan, baby boy with brown hair and bright blue eyes that ran in Di's family.

"What's his  name?" Niall asked looking down at him in my arms then back up to the two sitting in the hospital bed.

"Hunter Malik" Zayn and Di said together.

I handed Hunter off to Niall and hugged Di and Zayn to hug them. "Congrats guys I'm so happy for you guys!"

The others came into the room and got to meet the new addition to the 1D family.

"Hanna, meet your future boyfriend" Niall said, using Hanna's small hand to wave. Everyone in the room laughed.

"Oh my god that would be so cute!" Di said smiling and tearing up. Hormones.

"Meet your future best friends" Zayn said showing Hunter off to Liam, Ariel, Darcy and Hazel.

"I want a baby" Dani said to Liam kissing his cheek. His response was a huge smile.

Soon the visitors all had to leave, we quietly all left and went to our cars to go home. I picked up my phone and looked through the pictures I had taken of Hunter.

"He really is a cute baby" I said smiling at Niall who was driving. Niall laughed and nodded.

"Our kids all are fuckin adorable"

"Language!" I said giggling.

Niall drove to our house and we put the twins to bed.

"Mommy can we see the baby tomorrow" Ariel asked, playing with a piece of my long hair. I smiled down at Ariel in her new toddler bed and turned to say good night to Liam in the bed next to her.

Niall held Hanna in his arms as he carried her into the nursery and quietly rocked her to sleep while humming. After her eyes closed, Niall laid Hanna down in the crib and lightly pushed me out of the room.

"Rude" I said pushing him back, smiling.

"Oh you wanna be like that?" Niall asked cockily. I pushed him again and ran into the bathroom and shut the door quickly. I could hear Niall chuckling as I peed and washed my hands. When I finished I opened the door and peeked out to check for Niall who was no where to be seen. I tiptoed out into the bedroom and flopped down on the bed just as Niall jumped up from his crouching position on the other side of the bed.

I shrieked and giggled under Nialls weight on top of me.

"Your so beautiful" he said as he brushed some stray pieces of hair out of my face. He then lightly kissed me a couple times. I smiled at him and ruffled his soft hair.

"When's the last time we've had a night out without the kids?" he asked quietly.

"Umm... before Hanna was born" I said raising my eyebrows.

"Tomorrow... I'm getting Liam and Danielle to babysit and we're going out on a date" Niall said planting a kiss on my lips.

"And what time should I be ready?" Niall pretended to think hard.

"Be ready attttt 7"

I nodded and sat up, pushing Niall off of me. "Wanna watch a movie?"

"Sure" Niall said, pulling the covers back so I could crawl under them. I first stripped off my dirty clothes and pulled on one of my old One Direction shirts. Niall chuckled at my choice of shirt as I climbed into bed.

"What movie do you want to watch?"

"The Conjuring"he said grinning.I groaned as he took the remote and put on the horror movie. I curled up to Niall's warm body and started to watch the opening credits. I heard his stomach growl and we both began laughing.

"Want me to go get some snacks?" I asked sitting up.

Niall smiled sheepishly and nodded. I ran downstairs and into the kitchen to find some snacks. I grabbed some pepperoni, cheese, and crackers, along with some bottles of water.

"You're the best, baby!"Niall said taking the plate from my hands as I climbed back in next to him.

"I can't wait for our date tomorrow" I said smiling.
