Chapter 31- Picnic Pt 2

Niall and I talked while we ate our picnic.

"Remember when we went to that diner when I first came on your with you guys?" I asked Niall. He nodded and took another bite of his sandwhich.

"Remember that old lady?" I said before taking a bite of my strawberry.

"Yeah yeah" he replied.

"Well when she stopped me she told me what a cute couple we were and when I told her we weren't a couple she said 'tell him how you feel before you loose him to another girl'." I paused "She knew we loved eachother by the look in our eyes and the way we looked at eachother"

Niall lightly kissed me in the lips "Well she was definitely right"

I smiled and we continued eating.

"Catch" Niall said picking up a big blueberry. I tilted my head back and Niall tossed the blueberry and it landed on my forehead. I picked it up and popped it in my mouth.

"That was a horrible throw" I said after I finished chewing.

Niall scoffed "No it wasn't" I picked up a handful of berries and tossed one at him.

"So you wanna play like that?" Niall said grabbing a fistful of berries. I tossed a few a him and began running. I felt some berries hit me in the back. I turned as threw more at Niall. As I ran out of 'ammo' I started running faster.

"How are you running in them?" Niall shouted from behind me.

"Because I'm awesome!" I called to him. I turned my towards Niall, my long hair flying everywhere. He was gaining on me and eventually caught up. He scooped me up in his warm arms.

"Caught you" he said as we walked back to the blanket. He sat me down in his lap and we watched our surroundings.

"Look at all the birds" I said pointing to the birds flocking to get the berries we had left.

"Don't trust them... Their evil" he whispered. I laughed and grabbed my camera. I snapped a few pictures of us together at our romantic picnic.

Niall and I finished the food and shoved the blanket in my duffle bag. We walked back up the stone path, holding hands.

"Thank you"

"For what?" Niall asked.

"For everything back there" I said motioning down the road.

"Don't thank me, that's what people in love do. They go on dates" he said looking down at me. I rested my head on his shoulder as we walked down the road as the sky grew darker. After a while the air was filled with laughter and the smell of Funnel cake and the sky was lit up in the distance.

"Where are we?" I asked squinting at the sight up the road.

"The carnival" Niall replied smiling.

"Where to first?" he asked as we entered the carnival. I shrugged as we looked at the rides.

"Oh my god it's Niall Horan!" we heard girls shriek. A group of girls surrounded us asking for pictures and autographs. Niall fulfilled some requests before asking for some alone time with his girlfriend.

"Sorry princess" he apologized with a sympathetic look on his face.

"Nialler it's ok. I love seeing you with your fans" he squeezed my hand.

"Wanna go on that?" I asked as we passed a rollercoaster. Niall nodded and we got it line which wasn't very long. As we got in Niall threw my bag over to the attendant and wrapped his arm around me. As the ride started he moved his hand and it brushed against my thigh. My hands clutched the bar of the coaster as it quickened. Nialls hand remained where it was as if he knew it was making me go crazy. I looked over at him as we started to go uphill. He slid closer to me and winked at me. I laughed and threw my hands up as we sped down the huge hill.
