-----------------

Reincarnation - The act of a persons soul being reborn over and over again. Like skipping records. This occurs when a persons' soul has some sort of unfinished buisness, or perhaps if the soul is connected to another soul and gets shattered by the others death.

Eighteen Years Ago

Sitting at the base of a beautifully aged oak tree, whose hundreds upon thousands of amber and gold colured leaves swayed and seemed to whisper in the soft autumn breeze like the waves of an unruly ocean crashing harshly to shore, was a young man concidering killing himself.

His soft dark hair hung just a few centimeters below his eyebrows and the wind was keeping it out of his now glassy sea green eyes. Which if you looked closely enough into you just might notice the golden flecks in them appering like a starburst around his pupil. His skin, still slightly sunkissed from the long summer, was bruised along his jawline and cheekbone from mind numbing memories of the fight. Cringing he flexed his shaking hands a few times and looked at his now re-split knuckles in an emotionless daze and noticed that the right one was swelling due to it probably being broken. Time slowed to a crawl and he had no idea how to move forward today.

He had walked for almost three hours before he found the tree she was buried under and broke down at its base. When he felt multiple bones crack in his hands he could no longer take it out on the tree and crumpled to the moist ground and sat in defeate with his wet eyes closed. There was a patch in the tree that was now missing its bark and some of his blood even stained the wood.

"See," said the voice in his head, "you can't even stop yourself from harming a tree. You'r a monster. It IS your fault she's dead. Everything you love ends up dead. You deserve to die too. I'm glad you're lost. You deserve this, all of this is your fault."
