6. Where am I?

Gabi POV

I woke up quite groggy, it's pitch black. I don't know where I am. I soon realize that I'm in the trunk of a car.

I wonder how long I've been here.

Hours?

Days?

Weeks!?

I start to panic a bit but soon calm down knowing that it'll just make things worse.

In about 5 minuets the car comes to a stop.

A man comes to the trunk and opens it, I've never seen him before.

"Where are we? Why am I here? Who are you!?" I said trying to squirm out of his strong grip. And failing may I add.

The man takes out his phone and calls someone.

"I have the girl here, where do you want her?" He says quietly.

"Okay bringing her there now, is there anything else you need?" He says talking to whoever it is he is talking to.

"Yes sir, I know what to do."

Anonymous POV

"Hello"

"I have the girl here where do you want her?"

Finally!

She's here!

I've been waiting over a decade for this girl.

She's going to be the perfect weapon.

"Put her in the lab, cage 5B." I said to the man I compelled to bring her here.

"Okay bringing her there now, is there anything else you need?"

"No, now bring her there and you know what to do when you're done correct?"

"Yes sir, I know what to do."

After hanging up I get into my car and speed to the lab to see her.

Gabi's POV

The man bringing me into a room, there is cages and machines.

I look into a cage and there is a girl in there and she's hooked up to a machine.

It looks like she's getting her blood taken but it's not blood it's almost clear and it's hooked up to her mouth.

The man throws me into a cage of my own.

My cage is quite big, there is a small bed and a toilet. It looks kind of like a jail cell.

The man then picks up a knife from the table.

Oh my god! Is he going to stab me?!

I run the the back of the cell.

Suddenly he stabs himself in the neck and falls to the floor.

I gasp.

And so does someone else...

I look in front of me and see Rebecca.

"Rebecca? What are you doing here? What am I doing here?"

"I don't know Gabi. That man brought me here about an hour ago. I don't know where we are. I think the Weavers are doing this. That guy was compelled to kill himself."

I hate this.

Vampires shouldn't be real!

None of this should be happening!!!

I sigh and sit on the bed.

About 5 minuets later I hear the door creak open.

A man walks in he has a hood and sunglasses on. He looks familiar but I can't quite make out who it is.

As he walks closer he takes off the hood and sunglasses.

Jake?!

"Jake! What are you doing why am I here!!! And why are you taking wolf venom from that girl?" Rebecca said clearly annoyed.

"You're here to help Gabi and so is she" He says gesturing to the other girl.

What the heck is wolf venom?

"What are you talking about?" Said Rebecca confused.

Jake ignored her walking over to me.

"Princess, you're more powerful than you know. I can help you. There's no need to be scared." Said Jake.

What is he talking about.

"What do you mean?" I asked looking over at Rebecca who looked just as confused as me.

"You need to do something for me" Jake said completely ignoring my question.

He walked over to the girl hooked to the machine taking 'wolf venom' whatever that means.

He unhooks her from the machine. "You're free to go. Bring in the human."

As she leaves a man walks in.

Wait.

Jeremy.

"Jeremy! Why do you have him here!" I panic pushing at my cage trying desperately to get out.

"Gabi, listen to me. I'll let you out but you have to do as I say." Jake says walking towards the cage with a key in his hand.

"Yes I'll do it just let me out!" I yell.

Right when he unlocks the cage I run to my uncle pulling him into an embrace.

"Okay that's enough." Jake said pulling me away from Jeremy.

"You owe me a favor princess." He says walking over to me.

Jake pulls a gun out of his jacket giving it to me.

"Kill him."

"Are you insane!" Rebecca yells from her cage.

My heart starts beating rapidly.

What is happening.

"If you don't shut up over there you're never getting out. Now Gabi. Kill him."

"What. No. Why?" I said, my voice starting to get shaky.

"Because I let you out of the cage and you said you'd do anything, so kill him. He won't be the first one you're killing."

I look over at Rebecca worried.

"You're not killing her either she's here to help you."

I drop the gun on the ground.

"I'm not killing him Jake."

Jake let's out a loud sigh marching over to me.

"I tried to do this the nice way. Now kill him or I will and I'll make sure he suffers." He says picking up the gun and giving it to me.

I'm not doing this. I can't.

"Jake why are you doing this. You can't be like this again we just got you back." Rebecca said.

"Oh Rebecca you never got me back. I only acted like that because I knew she was in town." He said gesturing towards me.

"Where's my grandma?" I said realizing Jeremy was staying at my house with her.

"She was dying anyway, I put her out of her misery." He said plainly.

"Gabi if you don't kill him now I will take that gun and do it myself." Said Jake getting quite angry.

I shakily pointed the gun at my uncle swallowing the lump in my throat.

I feel my hands starting to sweat and I could hear my heartbeat quickening.

Then the door abruptly opens and Jakes neck is snapped.

I was rushed out the door.

Rebecca was getting let out of her cage.

And then everything went black.
