"I wanted to paint you something for your room, do you like it?" Said Dylan looking at me for approval.
I nodded walking over to him quickly and engulfing him in a hug.
He immediately hugged back knowing that I finally felt safe here.
I pulled away quickly remembering why I came here in the first place.
"Dylan, I need to see my grandmother."
"I'm already a step ahead of you, I sent someone about 2 hours ago. Your grandmother should be here in about an hour. You can go pick a room for her if you'd like." Dylan said looking at me waiting for a reaction.
"Okay" I simply said walking away.
I walked down the long hall of bedrooms, three of which were locked I assumed for the rest of the family.
I decided to choose a smaller room.
