Reader chans age: 9
Speedwagon sat on the floor floor with his eyes closed feeling relax
His daughter stood behind him brushing out his blonde locks
One an awhile combing out a knot and waking Speedwagon from his relaxed state and make him panic and yelp in pain
"Ow Ow Ow Ow!"
"Sorry Papa!But maybe if you combed your hair more this wouldn't happen"
Speedwagon sighed and rubbed his temple gently
"It's alright my dear Y/N just finish combing"
You nodded and continued to brush the top of his hair, finally finishing
"There! All combed, doesn't that feel better papa?"
Speedwagon brushed his fingers through his hair and smiled
"I suppose so it is much neater now"
You smiled and collected all of his hair in your hands
"Maybe I can give you a new style!"
"huh?"
"Maybe a ponytail or some braids or a bun-"
"I don't know how'd that look on me maybe you shouldn't-"
He turned slowly and saw your dark,stern face
"Papa why won't you let me just pick it up for once"
Speedwagon gulped and nervously laughed
"I was only joking my dear Y/N! y-you can continue having your way with my hair"
Soon the happy child returned making Speedwagon sigh with relief
She gets it from her mother
You began braiding your father's hair
Nothing fancy just a simple braid
You tied it all togther with a ribbon and smiled
"It looks nice on you Papa see!"
You handed him a mirror to look
He held the mirror and turned his head from side to side, looking at every angle
"I...I"
He combed down some stray hairs and smiled brightly
"I love it"
You jumped up and down happily
"I'm glad you do!!I can do more if you like or not that's okay too-"
Speedwagon turned around and nodded delightfully
"You can do more styles if you like but don't tell anyone else about this, especially Johnathan okay?"
You held out your pinky and nodded
"I pinky promise"
He wrapped his large pinky around your small pinky
"Thank you Y/N"
