(Sorry for bad translations if any, I use google translate... so blame them. Lol my bad for not knowing much of other languages.)I walked towards the club, I had been sick but apparently Jax wanted to talk to me before he went and saw his son. I think today was the day he got out after all but I wasn't really caught up on all of that stuff.
I had gotten to the club right as they were leaving the clubhouse, probably had a meeting. "Samantha!" Chibs yelled with a smile as I walked towards him. "You walk here?"
Chibs and Jax were sitting at the wooden picnic table now but I was standoffish. "Yeah, thought the sun might help me since I'm not feeling good." I muttered rubbing my eyes. "It didn't." I looked towards Jax as he lit a cigarette. "We need to talk?" I asked making Chibs look between the two of us.
I didn't know where Clay, Bobby, or Juice was but Tig was walking towards us now. "Yeah, come on." Jax started to walk away, so I looked back at my Da, nodding at him, before following Jax. "So you mentioned the database before." Jax started as we walked.
He seemed to be acting sly about this but I was as open as could be about this subject. "Is this about Kohn?" I asked so Jax looked back at me. "He lost his job, his career, and might even be looking at a fine or jail time." I spoke with a shrug. I had looked him up last night from a almost completely non-readable, scrambled, IP address on my phone.
"No, it's not about him." Jax said shaking his head. "Why are you able to get in there?" Jax asked as he took a drag of his cigarette then offered it to me but I shook my head.
I looked away before nodding my head back and forth. How do I explain this... "I knew a few people, I was actually a CNA for a while." I paused looking off. "There are times I can't look anything up or repercussions but I haven't gotten caught so far. One of the guys I was taking care of was a retired chief and usually tried to hurt all the CNAs who came to take care of him. He took a liking to me so I started to only visit him and take care of him. He liked to tell me all his secrets, about how he had been a dirty cop for a while before he joined the CIA then the FBI but retired as a chief of police. He had retired ten years prior but all of his log in information still works." I paused looking off. "He isn't dead, he's in intensive care and might as well be though. He's asked me to put him down a few times." I laughed looking down now before shaking my head. "He went with me boxing, taught me how to shoot even better than I had been able to. He taught me self defense. Fucker was old but he could still throw me on my ass. Haven't seen him in a few months."
Jax was actually listening to my story, which I hadn't expected, so I quickly looked away before clearing my throat. "I just wanted to ask why, listen I have to go to the hospital because we need a favor from someone. Just watch out for anything suspicious for me okay? No one will expect you." Jax stated with a smirk bumping my shoulder with his fist before he jumped on his bike. "I have your number, and you should have mine."
"A favor? Can I help?"
Jax shook his head. "Probably not."
With that he took off and I watched him go. "What was that about?" Juice asked walking up behind me and making me jump about a good 3 feet in the air. "Damn, didn't mean to scare you." Juice spoke with a laugh but I turned and glared at him. "Uh oh."
"You haven't even been to your house in a few days. Not used to seeing your face anymore." I walked away from him and towards the clubhouse. I'm not quite sure why I snapped at him like that, but it felt good to voice it.
"Damn, in the dog house and not even dating." Tig stated with a laugh but I flipped him off before walking inside. I saw Piney at a table so I walked towards him.
