I woke up with a jolt, and I felt an arm tighten around me. "Juice?" I asked turning to look at him. We had fallen asleep together on the couch at the club house. I looked over at the other chair and saw my Da in one and Carter in the other. Looking around I saw that it was early in the morning.

"It's okay sweetheart, we are in the clubhouse." Juice let out a small groan as he spoke. "Go back to sleep. I'll wake you up in a little bit." I looked at him and saw his eyes were wide open. He was awake?

I turned to face him and put my hands on his chest as I rested heavier against his arms. "Were you awake?" He looked off without responding. "Why were you awake? Have you slept at all?"

I noticed the small bags starting to form under his eyes. "I can't sleep. I'm worried...." He paused letting out a small sigh before he looked back at me. "I'm worried they could come to the club, or come back and try and finish you off. Whoever it was. Clay thinks it was black, they had back stabbed us earlier yesterday so he thinks they striked again."

I paused looking into his eyes. Did he really believe it was black when everything pointed to it being Clay. Clay thought Opie was a rat, so he sent someone after Opie but it ended up being Donna instead. I had spent most of the day with Donna, just hoping that maybe I could somehow protect her and Opie... but I failed to even just protect Donna.

I know it wasn't Clay in the car, I might of had blurry vision but I would have seen Clay's white hair. That and Clay wouldn't have pulled up next to the truck to make sure the job was done. Clay either paid someone to do it or sent someone to do it. Someone who could be in this very club.

"Oh... I don't think Black would go after me though Juice so don't worry about staying up. Besides I'm so jumpy even the smallest noise would wake me up right now." I tried to smile but Juice just kissed my forehead. "I'm going to tell my Da later about my cut from SAMBEL, and try to tell the club after the funeral."

"Okay. I'm sorry for leaving. I just didn't know how to react." Juice spoke but I nodded and leaned up kissing his lips. "I'm sorry. I don't hate you. I'm not mad at you. I was just disappointed but after not knowing where you were... Not knowing if you were safe. Those thoughts left my head and we replaced with worry. I got scared Sam."

"I'm sorry Juice. I didn't want that to happen." I leaned into him. "When you wake up can you wake me up? I need to go back to your house to shower... if I'm allowed back."

Juice kissed the top of my head. "You are always allowed back Sweetheart. My home is your home." I looked up at him and shook my head. "What?"

"I don't have a home."

"Everyone has a home sweetheart."

I looked at his chest then trailed a small heart on it with my finger. "My home is you then." I looked back up at him. "You are my home then."

It was later in the day, Juice had woken me up when the club had came to have a meeting. Freed had given me a ride home and I showered as she went to go check on her own shit. I put a new smaller bandage over the gash on my head then put ointment on the small cuts that lined my face and neck. Once I got done in the bathroom, I put on a black shirt and dark blue jeans before grabbing my keys and I went out to my bike.

I jumped on it and I started to ride.

I knew where I was going, so I went.

I went to Oakland.

I wanted answers.

Did they really kill Donna?

Well I was gonna find out.
