Chapter 20: Winter Days

Bee's POV
Beep. Beep. Beep. I groaned as I silently slouched out of bed. I wasn't exactly sure why I was still waking up at 7:00 am, when it was winter break. I noticed Stacy in her bed, tapping on her phone. "Good morning Stacy." I whispered, trying not to be too loud to startle her. "Oh. Hi." She didn't look at me, and continued tapping on her phone. I could tell Stacy was thinking of Graser. "Y'know he actually didn't tell Callum and Scott?..He posted something about you on Instagram. He cares a lot about you. And maybe he actually isn't so bad. Things might change." I sat at the edge of Stacy's bed and she turned to me. I had so many mixed feelings about Graser. I could see the relationship between him and Stacy. Her eyes had dark bags and her hair was tangled and messy. Stacy suddenly hugged me, and I smiled. "I love you so much Bee. In a friend way. It reminds me of my other friend..." she trailed off, and I waved as I exited the room. I turned on my phone and took a deep breath.

B: Hey Will...You awake?

W: Yep!

B: Wanna hang?

W: Sure! Hanging with the Bee Bae <3

B: xD ok see you at Starbucks in 10?

W: sure! <3

I was glad he wasn't hanging out with Shelby. I suddenly realized I didn't exactly know Will that well..Today will change everything. I pulled on my black sweater and stepped into my furry grey boots. I shivered as I slowly walked to Starbucks, thinking about him.

Tiffany's POV
I suddenly heard a knock at the door, and I put down my spoon. Who was interrupting my cereal morning while watching my little pony? I opened the door hesitantly, when Mirro and Wendy came in. "Sorry for the intrusion." Wendy whispered. "Do you guys wanna just play Minecraft here?" Mirro asked awkwardly. "We're kinda bored.." I grinned at Mirro's comment. Lizzie bursted out of our room, with beaming eyes. "Gaming day!!" She hollered, which made Stacy entered the kitchen. "G'morning." She mumbled. "I'll play too."

We all synchronized our mouse clicking as we logged into Minecraft. "Are all of you guys going to the Winter Dance?" Asked Wendy. I shrugged and Lizzie gasped. "OhmygoshImsupposetobehangingoutwithjoel." She chattered. "Sorry gotta go cya sorry." She was gone in a blink of a eye.

-Flashback yesterday-

Mirro's POV
"Ow!" Callum face planted on the ground. Nathan was in awe that I tripped Callum. He quickly stood up and ran over to Scott. "If they make fun of you being a nerd again, it'll be a punch next time." I replied grinning. "Thanks Mirro." Nathan gave a sweet smile. "Have you heard of the Winter Dance yet?" I asked. He nodded, and I noticed he was fidgeting with his fingers. I knew when he was nervous. "Wanna go together as friends?" He asked quietly. "Sure." I replied cooly but not rudely. His face lit up, and he settled down. "Is Shelby going?" Asked Nathan. I shrugged. "She might be going with Will as friends." I replied. Nathan checked his watch. "Gotta go, cya tonight on Minecraft?" He asked. I nodded and I waved. Nathan was a bit cute, with his shyness and clumsiness.

-Back to today-

Bee's POV
I entered Starbucks, shivering from the cold. "Bee! Over here!" Will waved furiously at me. I giggled and sat down with him. I noticed he already ordered two coffees. I smiled. "So how's life?" Will asked, sipping his coffee. "Good I guess. But not for Stacy." I sighed and stared outside the window. "Ohh. The break up with Gras eh? I'm good friends with him now, right now he's in his bed eating pizza. He won't get out of bed." Will sadly shook his head. "They both want to get back together. But they don't know how to do it I guess." I drank my coffee. "Oh by the way do you wanna go to the Winter Dance together?" I asked Will, grabbing his hand. "Yes!" He beamed and I celebrated in my head. So he wasn't going with Shelby. I just hope Shelby doesn't like Will.

Lizzie's POV
I snuck up on Joel as I pounced on him. "Nya!" I said and we broke into laughter. "This is a cute place." I commented as I sat down beside him. "Yep! And I got your fav, cookies and cream!" Joel handed me the ice cream. "You know me too well." I kissed him on the cheek, and began munching on the ice cream. "We're going to the Winter Dance together right?" Joel said, stuffing himself with ice cream. I nodded furiously and we both continued chomping on our ice creams.
