Chapter 26- Obstacle 1! Let's do it!

Nicole's POV

Here I am, walking alongside him... or I guess, mali ata yung term na ginamit ko..

I stand corrected..

Here I am, 'habang kinakaladkad' niya ako alongside him.. ayun, mas tama pa..

"Hey!! What are you doing, you---"

"Do you want me to leave you here alone, huh?" sigaw niya sa akin habang patuloy pa rin siya sa paglalakad at pangangaladkad sa akin..

"But that's not it... you're hurting me.."

As soon as he heard it, agad niya akong binitiwan..

I caressed my wrist after he did it, masakit kaya. He's holding it too tight awhile ago..

"Does it really hurt?" he asked, and so I nodded. But what he said afterwards shocked me..

"..then sorry." he sighed. "I just don't want you to be apart from me.. never.."

He's saying it in an awkward mood. Hindi ko alam pero pagkasabi niya sa akin nun, feeling ko pareho kaming binuhusan ng malamig na tubig fr. above. Hindi na kami nakapagsalita pa ulit.

We walked along side each other, pero wala sa aming dalawa ang nagtangkang magsalita after that..He's not holding my hand anymore pero dahil magkatabi kami while walking, the back of our hands are touching in some cases. So to stop it, I placed my hands at my back.

But he noticed it..

"Hey.." he said. And I looked at him as a reply. "Are you.. are you okay?"

"About what?"

"About what happened earlier.. you, you.. you're becoming dizzy whenever you're near the sea, right?" at first, those words gave me a different meaning, but soon I realized, yeah. He saw it earlier, that's why he know it..

"Yeah. You can say that. But I'm fine. I can handle myself.."

That's it. That's the right word, I can handle myself.

But deep inside..

I know that's not true..

Shierhy's POV

*WAILING*

At first, kinabahan ako when I heard that sound. Kasi naman, this cave really looks creepy in my opinion.. The opening was so big, but the road seems not to be taken lightly. May mga kung anu-anong creatures na bigla na lang nagpa-pop-out of nowhere at kapag natapakan mo pa, good luck! =___=

But when I turned to see where Lawrence is..

"Hoy, ano ka bang lalaki ka?!!" I hit him on his head. "Akala ko kung sino yung umiiyak! Err!! Baliw ka rin e noh? Ano bang problema mo?!" yes, he is. Lawrence is the one who's crying.

"E kasi naman, hindi pa rin maalis sa utak ko yung nangyari kanina.. Shierhy, I saw it! I saw it with my own two eyes. My Nicole is cheating on me.. harapan pa yun!" for God's sake!

"Hey--hey! Who's cheating on you? Nicole is not yours in the first place.. Hindi naging kayo, or magiging kayo.. I guess!"

"But---" as soon as he internalized what I said, he started to wail once more. Err!
