As Jimin led me out of the restaurant, the shockingly large crowd of paparazzi surged forward, almost pulling my hand from his.

They were shouting questions and I thought I was about to go blind from the flashes, so I kept my head down and let Jimin try and navigate through. However, because of the amount of people around us, I couldn't quite keep up with him, and in my haste to keep moving, my sore ankle in my wedges gave way, making me whimper in pain as it twisted sideways.

Jimin kept pulling, and I managed to right myself before I was pulled over, finally making it to the car.

"Get in, quick," He muttered as he yanked the door open for me. I climbed in, wincing in pain and he slammed the door behind me, quickly running to the other side to get in himself. The tires squealed as he pulled away, forcing the paparazzi to part and let us through.

Jimin sighed when we were finally away from the flashing cameras, and he glanced at me, before pressing the call button on his dashboard. The sound of a phone ringing came through the speakers, and a woman answered.

"Mr Park,"

"Daisy," He sighed, "Call for a press conference to discuss my marriage to Jeon Be-"

"She said yes? Oh my God Mr Park, Yay!" The female voice on the other end of the phone squealed, and Jimin rolled his eyes.

"Call it for half an hours time," He said, "I want-"

"I'm so happy for you, Sir, oh my God!" The voice gushed, "I know you've been so stressed since she-"

"The press conference!" Jimin cried, cutting her off, his eyes darting to me for a second before going back to the road, "Call it for half an hours time!"

"Oh, yes Mr Park. Of course. I'll organise it now,"

The line went dead and Jimin sighed, "She's way too excitable," He muttered. Turning to look at me, he spoke again, "I wasn't expecting them to get so pushy. I apologise, I wasn't thinking ahead,"

I was slightly shocked that he had said sorry to me, but before I could reply, my own phone went off. I picked it up, ignoring his comments on how he will buy me a new phone later on.

"Hello?"

"You. Are. Not. Serious!!!!"

"J-Jungkookie," I laughed nervously, "I missed you,"

"Don't even try it, Noona! It's all over the news online! He proposed?? You said yes?!? What is wrong with you?! It's only been a few days! Why would you do this, can you not be selfish even for a small moment?"

"What makes you think that I'm doing it for you?"

"I'm not stupid, Noona, I know you're not in love with Park Jimin! The paparazzi might be fooled, but I know you too well. You were acting,"

"Jungkook, I wasn't ac-"

"Don't lie to me!" Jungkook sounded extremely hurt, and I felt my eyes fill up with tears, "Noona, you're already going through so much, please don't hide your real feelings and lie to me as well. I hate this.. I hate being away from you and hearing about your life through the media,"

"Jungkook," I felt my heart breaking, knowing that he was hurting so much, "I'm sorry,"

I heard my younger brother sigh before he spoke, "Does Yoongi Hyung know about this all yet? He's going to be mad if he finds out from the media, he's your best friend,"

"No, I haven't told him yet. It only just happened ten minutes ago, Kookie. I haven't told Dad yet, either,"

"I'll tell Dad. You tell Hyung, or he will me upset. You know he hates finding out important things from other people. I gotta go, we'll discuss this later. Love you, Noona,"

"Fine," I sighed in defeat. I knew that no matter what, Jungkook wasn't going to give up, so there was no point arguing now, "Love you too, Kookie,"

Jungkook hung up and I sighed, putting my phone away. We drove the rest of the way to Jimins building in silence; I felt a little miserable, but Jimin actually looked pretty calm.

When we pulled into the carpark underneath Jimins building, there were surprisingly no men with cameras about. The carpark was deserted.

As if realising my confusion, Jimin spoke, "They'll all be fighting for a good spot at the press conference. Stay in the car 'til I come and get you out,"

Jimin got out of the car and came around to my side, opening the door and holding out his hand. I was surprised, as there was nobody around and he rolled his eyes at me, "Hurry up already, stupid,"

I glared at him and slapped his hand away, getting out of the car by myself and wobbling slightly on my painful ankle. Jimin moved closer, wrapping his arm around my waist as he led me to the lift.

"I'm not stupid," I said as he pressed the button.

"Yes you are," He snapped back, "Can you at least try to look happy?"

I tried to force a smile, and he rolled his eyes, "I guess confused psychopath works too. Remember how we met and how long we've been together. Let's go,"

Jimin guided me into a huge conference room infront of us, which was suddenly filled by flashing lights and yelled questions. Jimin kept his tight grip on my waist as we walked, and even without him realising, he was helping me not to limp and wince in pain. As we reached the long table, I saw Jimins father emerge from another door at the side. His face lit up when he saw me, and he moved immediately to pull me into a hug and kiss my cheek.

"Oh, Bee, I'm so happy for you both!" I couldn't help but smile at his genuine happiness, but Jimin moved me away from him a little and sat me down, sitting right next to me straight away. Jimins father sat on the other side of him, and a hush came across the room as the press conference began.

I didn't really need to speak, luckily Jimin and his father took care of most of the questions. I only had to describe my ring and tell them that we were probably going to both take care of preparations for the wedding. The questions were actually pretty sexist, as if they also assumed I was stupid; which unfortunately I got a lot, due to me having blonde hair.

After an hour or so of sitting in the chair, Jimin finally wrapped the press conference up.

"We would love to answer some more questions," He said with a bright smile, "But unfortunately, my beautiful fiancee has an injured ankle due to some pushy paparazzi earlier,"

My mouth dropped open in shock as he turned to me, helping me to my feet.

"Can we at least get a shot of the loving couple sharing a kiss?" An enthusiastic reporter at the back shouted.

Jimin smiled as I stood up, "Sorry," He whispered, "I don't think we can fake it this time," He leant forward, pressing his lips into mine, and the lights flashing around the room almost gave me a seizure.

"Let's go, baby," Jimin said as he pulled away, once again sliding his arm around my waist and leading me out of the side door that his father had come through, "Your ankle is starting to swell,"
