4. Snowstorm Confession

Just a quick notice, this takes place after Ash and Serena have their small argument. I'm just giving it a change in the storyline.

After throwing snowballs at Ash, Serena ran off crying only she took the wrong way instead. So instead of going back to the Pokémon Centre, she was heading further into the woods. Ash realised his mistake for screaming at Serena so he grabbed his hat and set off running to apologise to Serena. As she ran deeper, a snowstorm was brewing so she had to try and find cover. Ash on the other hand didn't care about the snowstorm, he just didn't want Serena to hate him after the argument.

"I've got to find cover quick" Serena exclaimed. As she was searching, the snowstorm got too strong for her, she blacked out.

With Ash

Ash searched and searched through the snowstorm to find Serena. While searching, he spotted a bunch of Spewpas stuck on a nearby tree branch that was above a cliff. Being the selfless person he is, Ash decided to help the Bug Pokémon from falling. The Pokémon trusted Ash and he was able to bring them back to the snowy land. There was only one left and Ash reached for it only for the branch to snap by the winds. This caused him to fall with the Spewpa which caused the others to be in shock. Just then, a soft pink rope grabbed onto Ash's foot and started pulling him upwards.

"What is that?" Ash questioned. He looked up to see his Greninja pulling him up with his tongue.

Greninja didn't appear to have enough strength to pull Ash up which caused him to move closer to the cliff's edge. The Spewpas watched in horror as they observed what could be the death of their friend and helper. Greninja and Ash started focusing which caused Greninja to get enveloped in a veil of water. After a few seconds, the veil disappeared to form a Blue shuriken on Greninja's back. Ash was surprised that he was able to perfect the Bond Phenomenon and Greninja was able to get the strength needed to pull him up.

"Greninja, you perfected it" Ash exclaimed.

"Gren" Greninja replied. Just then, the two of them heard a nearby roar followed by a scream.

With Serena

Serena woke up from her blackout only to realise that the trees nearby seemed a little too close to her. She noticed them moving and they turned to reveal that they were actually Trevenants. Scared by this, she let out a scream calling for help as she didn't bring any Pokémon with her. The Trevenants got closer to her with their arms up and Serena was full of shock. But just out of nowhere, a giant water shuriken came flying and hit one of the Trevenants. All of them turned to see Ash and Greninja in the new form. He commanded Greninja to Aerial Ace them and some were knocked out while the rest fled. Ash ran to Serena and took her inside of a cave.

"Ash, what happened to Greninja?" Serena questioned.

"I finally perfected the Bond Phenomenon when I almost fell off a cliff" Ash answered.

"Why were you falling?" Serena asked.

"I was helping a bunch of Spewpas from falling off of a hanging branch but it snapped when I was getting the last one" Ash explained, "If it wasn't for Greninja, I would've died"

"I'm so glad you're safe" Serena exclaimed hugging him.

"Serena" Ash exclaimed.

"I don't think I could bear to lose you" Serena confessed.

"Serena, I thought you would hate me after our argument" Ash stated.

"I can never hate you, you just weren't being the Ash I knew and loved" Serena confessed causing her to blush and cover her mouth.

"Wait, you love me?" Ash questioned.

"Yeah, that's why I came out looking for you" Serena answered.

Serena thought she ruined her friendship with Ash only to feel something on her hands. She looked up to come face to face with Ash and he pressed his lips against hers. She was surprised at his action but just kissed back and the two were having a moment. Once Ash broke off the kiss, he started explaining.

"Serena, after yelling at you, I realised that I made a mistake and you were only trying to help" Ash explained, "I thought I hurt you and I was determined to apologise to you" Ash added, "Also, I've had feelings for you for a while and now that you've confessed, it makes things easier"

"Well Ash, I've liked you since our first meeting and I'm glad the Ash I know is back" Serena replied, "And I can never hate you, I'll love you forever"

"Thank you Serena, I'll love you forever too" Ash thanked.

The two went into another passionate kiss only this time, it lasted a lot longer. Since the storm was still strong, Ash and Serena decided to have a rest. The two snuggled up closely to warm each other up and napped until the snowstorm died out.

Approximately one hour later

Clemont, Bonnie and the Pokémon have been searching for Ash and Serena now that the storm has died out. The group have been searching for quite a while and the only signs they got were a bunch of footsteps going all over the place. A few minutes of searching, Bonnie spotted a cave with three sets of footsteps towards it and decided to look there. Upon arriving, she saw Ash and Serena snuggled up together which caused her to snicker. She went into her bag and pulled out a camera taking a picture of them and waking them up.

"BONNIE" Ash and Serena yelled.

"I caught you red handed" Bonnie teased.

"Bonnie, what is going on?" Clemont asked, "You found Ash and Serena"

"And they were snuggled up like a couple" Bonnie replied.

"I'm pretty sure they did that so they wouldn't get cold" Clemont pointed out.

"Um... actually" Serena started.

"That's not the full truth" Ash exclaimed.

"We confessed our feelings to each other" Serena added.

"So we are actually a couple now" Ash ended showing the lemon siblings their hands intertwined.

"See, I told you" Bonnie told Clemont.

"Ok then, we better head back to Snowbelle" He said walking out of the cave.

As they left the cave, Ash and Serena walked hand in hand. If it wasn't for their argument, maybe they wouldn't have confessed their feelings. Other than that, Ash was glad that the girl he likes also likes him back and Serena was glad to get the boy she loves back. The two walked happily now that they are a new couple.
