Chapter 2

Tonight?

He wanted to take me out tonight.

The question is why? Why did he want to take me out.

I've always thought of myself as hard to get or not easy to get. But it seemed like he got a date with me like that. Maybe he had something planned but I guess I'm going on a date with him.

I just had to pick something out and do my makeup. I have to look my best so I can turn him down.

(Hours later....)

It's now a little pass 6 and I was all ready. I was wearing a navy blue strapless dress with natural looking makeup and bright red lipstick. I left my hair down because I always prefer my hair down.

Hey princess, I'm here...

I opened my door and saw his car parked in front of my house. I shut the door and locked it behind me because my parents weren't home either but they did know I was going out on a date.

I got into the car and caught his eyes on me. I asked "What? Are you surprised that I can actually dress nice?" He smirked and said "You always look gorgeous." I felt my cheeks started to heat up.

(20 minutes later)

He got out of his car and walked over to my side. He opened my door, tonight he was actually being a gentleman. I actually liked it, it surprised me. I got out of the car and said "Wow, you are actually be a gentleman." I saw a little smile start to appear on his face but he quickly covered it up. Before we went inside, he quickly lit a cigarette.

I quickly turned to him and said "I didn't know you smoked." He rolled his eyes and continued to finish his cigarette.

After his cigarette, we headed into the restaurant. The hostess led us to our seats and handed us our menu's. Through the entire dinner I kept catching Ryder staring at me. While we were eating dessert I looked up and caught a glance of his eye on me. I asked "Why do you keep staring at me?" He smiled and said "Because you are the most gorgeous women I have ever laid my eyes on." I rolled my eyes and continued you eat my chocolate cake.

(One Hour Later)

He paid the check and we headed out of the restaurant. He opened my door for me. He was really pulling the gentleman's act very well tonight. He got in the car and started the car. He turned to me and asked "Did you have fun?" I nodded my head yes, because honestly I did have a great time. He did seem like a great guy, maybe I misjudged him.

(25 minutes later)

He parked his car in front of my house, I turned to him and said "Thanks. This has been a very fun night. " He started to smile, he said "Well, I had a very fun night too because you are really gorgeous." I started to feel heat got to my cheeks. He stroke my cheek, I turned my head to him. He slowly came closer to me and I slowly went closer to him. Our lips slowly touched, our first kiss. But that kiss wasn't like other kisses. This kiss was different.

I felt like this kiss was gonna be the start of something new and excited. Maybe something that will probably last forever. I actually have never felt this way with a kiss.

We pulled away from each other, I kissed him on the cheek and started to walk back to my house. My parents were still not home so I unlocked my front door and headed inside. I quickly shut the door behind me and went to my room which was just down the hallway.

I changed into comfy clothes and removed the makeup that I had on. I grabbed my laptop and put on some netflix.
