After the ceremony was done I was congratulated by practically everyone in the pack, there was way too many members and I was starting to get hungry so I managed to escape and went to where the party was going to be. There was a massive snack table, I elegantly shoved my face with as much food as I possibly could. I was halfway done with a cherry sour belt when I heard a familiar howl in the far distance most likely passing the southern borders. I figured it was coming from the neighboring packs.

"Luna, your food is ready." The same girl that had walked me to the ceremony informed me as she fixed the bottom of my dress. She walked me to where my seat was, I learned that her name was Candice and that she loves helping in the pack house. A platter filled with white rice, fresh killed bison and some juicy corn on the side. Oh and some mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were served on a separate plate. I wasn't sure if I could begin to eat or if I had to wait until everyone was seated. Think like a Luna, I waited until everyone was seated. The Alpha was the last one to be seated he sat beside me. As he finished getting comfortable I noticed that everyone was looking at him waiting for his okay to begin eating, he respectfully nodded and shortly after everyone dug in.

"You look beautiful." His velvety voice sounded soft as he cut his bison into edible sizes. I felt my cheekbones heat up. I've been called beautiful numerous times but never by a guy like Angello.

I looked at his attire as he wore a matte black suit with a black buttoned shirt and a black tie, all black. Let me just start off by saying how desirable he looked in his big man suit and how perfectly it fit his well built body. "You too look beautiful." There it was again. Not a full laugh this time but a chuckle.

"A mans dream to be called beautiful. On second thought I don't care what you call me as long as you're calling me." Holy cow, is that a flirt? ...a flirt? Did that even make sense? I don't care, I blushed like crazy and now my stomach hurts from all the butterflies. Alpha, you make my stomach hurt.

I didn't have a response so I ate peacefully as he did too. Pack members continuously came up to our table to congratulate us. It's something that's going to take a lot getting use to but I'll manage. After dinner people began to dance to the live music that some pack members were playing. An Older women came to our table not too long ago and asked the Alpha for a dance, he didn't deny. I sat there taking sips of my red wine seeing as how the Alpha danced. Alonzo and Bella were also dancing, he had his hand wrapped securely around her waist as she held her arms above his shoulder. There body was no more than three inches away from each other. He whispered things into her ear as she would carelessly giggle. I just want to skip everything until Angello and I are like that, where we're happy and in love.

"Care for a dance." His rough raspy voice startled me nearly making me tip over my glass of wine. Oh how I wanted to say no, but didn't. I grabbed his rough dry hand that he had offered as he walked me to the dance floor. "A pleasure to meet you Luna, the name is John." He was an older guy, probably 33, he was a good looking guy. I simply smiled and bowed my head. We danced to the slow song for no longer than eight seconds, we were interrupted by someone clearing their throat quite obnoxiously. We both looked up and John instantly let go. "Just warming her up for ya' Alpha." He walked away, tail between his legs.

His hands wrapped around my waist pulling me close to him, but not close enough. My hands hesitantly wrapped around his neck pushing him a bit closer to me, we both were more than pleased. I looked everywhere but his eyes, eye contact when dancing is too intimate. The song finished to quickly. People clapped as the song finished. I had a really long day so of course I was bound to get tired quickly. I accidentally yawned quiet loudly. "Until tomorrow, Alpha. Thank you and goodnight." I could have at least waited for his response but didn't. I quickly walked away and into the pack house.
