"Y-your all ...turtles"

The three wore different mask; the blue one was the one to bring me out of my thoughts, the tall purple one was looking down at the orange clad like he said something. The other two girls and tiger still had the rat and I'm guessing the other turtle, I was all on my own again.

"Miss, are you OK? What's your name?"

I glared at him,"I don't need to tell you anything"

The orange one laughed and pointed at me, " She sounds totally like Raph, can we keep her"

The giant striped animal growled loudly at him making him shrink behind the other turtle beside him.

"Ma'me it's not safe out here-"

I barked, annoyed now of their pestering, " I don't need your help! I can get home on my own"

"Than are you able to get that glass out of your foot on your own?"

My anger fused down to confusion and saw the purple one point to my right foot seeing a small amount of dark liquid oozing out of my flesh.

'How did I not feel this before?' I thought.

"I could take a look at it-"

"Touch me, and your turtle stew" I retorted making my way to another building.

The next building didn't seem that far, good enough for a jump. Now that I know about the obstacle in my foot I can feel it now and it hurts like hell, nevertheless, I forbid myself to show weakness.

My movement was wobbly but I didn't care, I already sacrificed myself to help them now I'm leaving like I said I would. Pushing past the numbness that coursed up to my calf, I jumped towards the other rooftop landing with a roll but still made it. That's when everything went black.

And I was out.

'Side note: Kill whoever is poking me'

"St-op, poking... me-dammit" My hoarse voice hurt from dryness.

The first thing I saw was a grayish ceiling, strange for a hospital room.

"I see your awake now Shyann"

I sat up stretching out my aching limbs and looked toward the voice that said my government name; it was the purple one.

"How the hell do you know my name?"

He rolled over to me in a swivel chair and had a tray of my small belongings that I tucked into all my pockets. It was only my wallet, my phone charger, a dog tag, and a wad of cash I burrowed. I grabbed at all the stuff and placed them back in their rightful pocket homes, he then handed me a paper cup and two pills which I looked at cautiously.

"It's just painkillers for your leg"

I decided to take them since my right leg did still feel numb. Bandages were wrapped securely around my calf to my foot barely seeing my toes.

"It seems that the shard of glass was lubricated in poison, cutting you and going into your system. Luckily I stopped it but now the recovery will take longer than I thought"

'He must be the nerd of this group'

I only nodded not caring about it right now and searched around the place. It looked like it could be a lab with having all the computers, electronics, bottles and tubes of colorful death, and scrapes of metal. The air felt sticky and cold on my skin and knew we were underground, having my fair share of being down here a couple of times.

"Why are we in the sewers?"

"Because we live down here duddette"

The familiar voice from the orange masked turtle was at my side. He smiled at me with a freckled, baby blue eyed face, which made me wanna high five him...in the face.
