Get Out!

He's-it's one of them...

But he doesn't look like a threat, more like a scratched up wimp. Nevertheless, they can change just like that after you thought you could put your trust into them. So he's nothing but a creature, so how did he get down here?
I thought there was a ceiling above my head?

The thing started to groan, now I don't know what to do; should I still protect him from the giant, human sized rat or defend myself?

The rodent crawled closer and quickly picked up the first thing I could find to throw at him.

...my boot

'Why the hell did I do that?' I thought

"I said get back!"

"Ughh sewer apples. That hurt"

It-It can talk!?

I heard him starting to move and jumped away from him and have a good distance away from the other disgusting mutant. His figure was still unclear but I could see his body figure was humongous, had some type of armor on its back and wore a scarf around its face.

My body tensed watching him carefully as he began to get up, doing the only thing I could think of doing.

...throwing my other shoe.

'I really gotta stop with the shoe throwing'

"Hey! Watch it!"

"H-how the hell can you speak?" Was the first thing that came in mind to say.

My body was fogged with confusion and being freaked out, yet I tried composing my outside shield. My hands were now clobbered up in fist like how I was trained, knees bent, and elbows locked. I'm ready.

The rat came first, taking it's eyes off the new thing and pounces towards me like predator and prey. I readied myself to attack until the other thing yelled out something that confused me even more.

"Father ?"

By the looks of it, the rodent seemed to recognize the voice stopping in midair and landing swiftly on the floor crawling on all fours to the other specimen. It was about five feet apart before it placed its paws on its head and screeched, but not like an animal cry; almost human like.

"Raph! Raph is that you!"

More unfamiliar voices came out of nowhere, more feminine-like. The dark, not so quiet room's door started to bang being forced open with something heavy and metal like. The door couldn't take no more and broke open, rambushing the once blackened atmosphere with light which I shielded my eyes from.

Knowing I could readjust my eyes now, I looked forward to two teenage girls with a giant tiger. I'm not surprised anymore by this.

"Raph, thank goodness we found you"

"Great work April, now lets get him and hurry out-" The girl with black long hair stopped once she saw that he wasn't alone.

She spoke again "I thought everyone was already mutated... Who are you?"

"That's a good question to ask yourself, who are you?"

Retorting back the question which seemed to place a negative effect on her but I could care less. The one in the middle of the posse with red hair tied in a pony tail ignored us two while placing a hand on her temple and squeezing her eyes shut. I was flabbergasted from the effect she could do with it.

'What is this supernatural?' I thought.

The bulky thing was levitated off the ground and unto the tiger that seemed to support all its weight surprisingly with ease. Once the mutant was up there they all looked at me as if I was suppose to let them give me help like a little kid that was lost in the store; well I'm not that kid, not anymore.

A animal like screech came again for the upmost time that it messed with my patients, my patients is already thin like paper. It came scurrying back over to me instead of the four for some reason and took that as a threat.

As soon as I could feel its needle like fur on my arm, and its terrible breath in my nose which I scrunched at. Using just strength, I kicked the thing aiming a spot at the side of its head which seemed to work.

It crashed back down a few feet away and tended to stay that way; unconsciously.

"Is that-"

"I can feel it, it's it's him... Master Splinter"

The two discussed their opinions loudly not bothering to keep quiet. They kept talking about how the red head couldn't use her powers anymore to lift anything and the other one seemed to be busy with a mini hand held turtle shell.

The black haired girl looked at me, "Miss, I know we don't know eachother but we really do need your help"

I crossed my arms "And why should I? "

A violent rumble came from within the building and the black abyss above us threw down dust and chunks of debris; luckily nobody got hurt.

"Maybe so we won't get buried here" I sighed inwardly and gave them a look asking what I needed to do.

"Great to have your cooperation, we need help carrying Master Splinter, the rodent" She pointed to the unconscious rat.

"You mean the one that tried to kill me!"

"Yes"

The room started to grumble again with a bit more force almost knocking me off my feet. I guess I had no choice, might as well think smarter not harder since they already know how to get out; I'll just follow them and ditch.

I walked over to the rat, luckily I knocked him out good enough. It felt weird to have him on me, mostly when he's taller than me with fur. The leader girl; I guess, held unto his other upper part of his body while the red head held unto the beast body that was lying on the tiger, with that we left through the doorway they had open.

The walk through seemed quiet easy seeing no other enemies or anybody in that matter to stop us, only shredded ones on the ground.

"Where the guys?"

We made it to the rooftops of some half destroyed buildings a couple yards away from my former prison cell.

"Right here, is that...really Splinter?"

"Yeah, and thanks to her we found him and Raph"

Who's Raph?
Who's Splinter?
Who are these freaks and how are they not turned into those ugly aliens? Where we're they hiding?

"Iss..Miss, Can you hear us?"

"Maybe she's dead"

"No Mikey, that's death"

My eyes were playing tricks on me, they had to be.

"Y-your all..
