Hello everyone! HAPPY DUSSHERA / DURGA POOJA TO ALL MY LOVELY READERS!

PLEASE DON'T SKIP THE AUTHOR'S NOTE AT THE END AS IT'S IMPORTANT!

And before we start I know you all want this part to be a romantic one but please don't expect too much from me because trust me even if I'll try I won't be able to justify. Moreover, I have readers from much younger age group like 13-16 years, so, being an elder I have to take care of that too. But that definitely doesn't mean that this episode won't be romantic, I've tried my best to keep it decent and romantic at the same time. So, here you all go. This part is a pretty long one, so, please be patient while reading it.

***** Epilogue *****

Marriage!

Seven strides, seven vows and two souls get woven in the same thread for seven lives. That's the beauty of this pious bond. Marriage is not just a new relationship rather it's a commitment that no matter good or bad the two of them will be together all the times. It's a promise that they are in this together and none of them will walk away from the other even if the things don't go the way they want. It's a troth that they will love each other, support each other and will remain faithful forever long. The love one claims to have for other increases innumerous times as the sense of getting married clouds the heart.

Sitting in the wedding mandap cladded in a golden maroon sherwani Sanskaar tries to calm the erratic wavering of his heart as he awaits the arrival of his bride. Never in his life has he felt so nervous as he is feeling right now. Every minute of the wait seems like an age.

The singing of her anklet amidst the clamor breaks his inner monologue and he finally lifts his head up to look at his breathtakingly beautiful bride dressed in the red lehenga approaching in his direction with slow yet steady steps. With every step of hers his heart does this crazy dance just like a teenager's heart does on seeing his first crush. The only difference is that the craziness has acquired an altogether different level today as he has never found her so beautiful as she is looking to him now. He already knows that his girlfriend is beautiful but right now seeing her dressed like that just to become his forever, she looks angelic to him.

The voices stop and the world comes to a halt as his bride lifts up her head slightly and their eyes meet. Glances freeze and a dwindling smile breaks on their lips as they fall in love with each other all over again. Heat rises up Swara's cheek painting them red and her eyes gleam seeing her brooch pinned on his sherwani near his heart and Sanskaar's eyes beams seeing his rose and pearl waist chain gracing her slender waist. She keeps moving with her slow pace and very soon she takes her place beside him in front of the holy fire all set to take vows for their upcoming future together.

Swara takes a deep breath and Sanskaar looks at her whispering in her ears...

Sanskaar: Nervous?

Swara: (nods her head slowly) Hmm!

Sanskaar: Hah! Me too!

Sanskaar says rubbing his palms together and Swara couldn't help a chuckle that escapes her lips.

Sanskaar: (slowly) Shh! Careful Mrs. Maheshwari or else people will start getting some wrong ideas.

Swara: There is still time for me to be Mrs. Maheshwari!

Sanskaar: Oh really! But that's the ultimate truth and you'll be Mrs. Maheshwari pretty soon.

Swara: And I'm dying here waiting for that moment, Mr. Maheshwari.

That's all they have for a talk in the wedding mandap before all the rituals start. Finally, they take seven 'pheras', give each other seven vows and Sanskaar fills her 'maang' with a pinch of vermillion and embellishes her neck with the pious 'mangalsutra' marking her as his forever. A tear drop of happiness rolls down her cheeks as she smiles looking at him and Sanskaar wipes off the tear slowly smiling back at her.
