The truth... Now what do I do?

Chapter 12

(This will mostly be Hadrian tell them stories of what happened to him and Natalia ~K)

                              *Hadrian*

I looked away from my family and look at my marked, "Natalia is really Draco's twin sister. Dumbles stole her from the the manor the day after she was born, she was put into the house across the street from me. Talia became a grey when she was adopted. Mr. Grey loved her and protected her the way a father should, he was killed when she was four. He found out the truth about Talia and wanted to bring her home to you, but he was killed before he could. Mrs. Grey took it hard, for about two years she ignored Natalia and then she sorta just came back one night and beat my angel ."

I could hear the malfoy family weeping as they found out the truth about their lost daughter but I counted, "I meet Natalia and Mr. Grey when I was four. They were playing hide and seek, she came to my house while I was gardening after a beating from my uncle."

*flashback*

I bend over the flower bed picking out the weeds, hissing slightly when my rids move to much. Uncle Vernon had beat me badly today since I burned Dudley's breakfast. 

Suddenly a young girl with bright blue eyes and dirty blond hair runs into the yard and behind me, giggling. Thinking she is in danger, I get into a protective stance in front of her and look around for the danger. Seeing none, I turn to the young girl and give a small smile.

"Hi, I'm Natalia and I leave across the street. Me and my daddy are playing hide and seek. May I hide here?" The young girl, Natalia, says. I look at the house a little nervous and nod slightly. I grab her hand and pull her behind the house, "I'm harry, you can hide here if you'd like." Natalia smiles, "Be my new friend? Can I call you Har-bear? We can be best friends!"

I grin at her excitement, "Sure, I'll be your friend. Yes you can call me that, Talia. I will be here to protect you as much as I can." I give a slight bow, getting a giggle from my new friend.

Mr. Grey found us later giggling and talking quietly.

*End of flackback*

"After that, we were the best of friends. I did all that I could to protect her... In the end, i couldn't do that," I tell my family. I thought about all the times I couldn't take protect her from beatings. "After her adopted dad died, her mother began to beat her. Whenever I went over there, her mother was to drunk and I would take her beatings as Natalia hide. But when I left for Hogwarts, I couldn't. The 'punishments' only got worse to were her horrid mother would sell her body to other men," I told them then got lost in the memory of what happen when I got my inheritance.

*Flashback*

I apparate to Natalia's room. I find her looking in a mirror, her eyes became the same shade as a Malfoy, her hair is now a light brown-blond, and she is looking at a mark or should i say tattoo. The tattoo was a dark green snake curled up, looking reading to attack, right above it says... 'Hadrian Gaunt, Protector', the words were in silver. "Natalia? Did you get a tattoo?" My voice startled her but she shook her head.

"No, it showed up after he...," Natalia began but then stopped. "He, who? What happen?" I bring my best friend into my arms when she starts to cry, my wings wrapping around her and i nuzzle into her neck. Her scent was off and i sniffed her again, a growl leaves my throat when i smell another male on her. "Angle? What happened? Why is a unknown male's scent on you," At my question she begins to cry harder and i got my answer, someone touched my girl. 

*End of flashback*

I look up at the Malfoy family, "I promised to protect her with all that I am. I couldn't stop what happened the night I got my inheritance, she was- she was raped and I couldn't stop it. I'm so sorry Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy. I should have stopped it, it's my fault. I was supposed to protect her, forgive me." Hermione and Luna hug me as I cry about what happened to my angle, my head resting on the mattress. 

                    *Severus Snap*

I silently cry wail hearing my mate tell us all about his and his best friends home lives. I watch as my dominant breaks down after blaming himself for what happened to his marked. I hear soft crying coming from my right side, I look over to see a shocking thing. All the Malfoys and the dark lord was crying. The dark lord for not saving his son and the Malfoys for what happened to their daughter/sister. 

I watch as Lucious and Narcissia walked over to Hadrian, Luna, and Hermione. They each rest a hand on my mate's shoulder and Hadrian looks up at them. Cissia gave him a smiled and said, "Hadrian, you helped our little girl. Your her protector, even if you feel like you failed her. We can tell you care very deeply for Natalia. We are very thankful that you have taken care of her and loved her when she needed it most. Thank you, Hadrian." Narcissia gives my mate a hug.

Lucious looks at Hadrian and says, "Hadrian, you are my lords son and my daughter's marked. I'm glad you were here marked and not someone else. You brought our little girl back and we can never thank you enough. Thank you for bring her back and also making us grandparents." Hadrian and Lucious shakes hands.

Draco speaks next and we could all hear the sadness in his voice, "Hadrian, I was never the nicest to me. You have done something I never that could happen. You brought my little twin sister back to my family. As I was growing up, I could hear my mother and father grieving over my sister. We all thought she was died and there was nothing we could do about it. You protected Natalia or so long and even still when you found out about her being a Malfoy. Thank you Hadrian. I think all of us would agree that your great for my sister and you are a part of the Malfoy family."

Hadrian smiles and nods at Draco, which he nodded back to with a smile. Hadrian looked at me and smiles. I couldn't help but blush when he waves me over slightly as the Malfoys sit back down. I get up and walk in front of him. I blush deeper when my mate brings me into his arms, meaning I end up sitting on his lap. I snuggle into Hadrian's chest, smiling when his left hand hold Natalia's hand and his other arm holds my tightly to him.

After that we all sit back as my dominant tells us good stories about him and Natalia. Most made us smile and laugh. I was glad to see my mate so happy and to see the Malfoys relax for once.
