'We're gonna live, we're gonna die. We're forced to swallow these pills and to never ask why!"
Disease, Hollywood Undead

Although all of us were having a fairly good time, we had school tomorrow. So after only a few minutes, Almon said he was driving back. Since I wasn't fond of walking, we all exchanged phone numbers, I had to
It wasn't to long before I was laying back in my bed, fiddling with my camera. It was old, and I probably needed a new one, but I didn't have the money.
"Your brother is pretty nice." I commented, looking up at my studious roommate. He snorted.
"You have no idea." He sighed. "He's either the nicest guy you'll ever meet, or the guy who'll make you wish you never crossed paths with him."
"He can't be that bad." I frowned. "He was pretty nice."
"So were you, when we first met." Almon argued. "Dimitri will drive you mad. Crazy and angry."
"Fine." I humphed, setting my camera on my desk. "Your brother is a madman."
Almon almost smiled. "You can say that again."
"Your brother is a madman." I repeated, looking up at my calendar. "Y'know, it's almost Halloween."
"I noticed."
"We should have a party!" I suggested. "Just you, Ryo, me, and your brother and his friends."
"It's such an original idea, too." Almon rolled his eyes.
"Oh, come on!" I begged. "It'll be fun."
"Talk to the textbook, because I'm trying to study." Almon sighed.
I did something even better. I texted Mike-Ike.
"Hey Mike-Ike!" I typed. He responded in a few moments.
"Hey. How's it going?"
"Good. Hey, how would you feel about throwing some kind of Halloween party?"
"That sounds awesome! We could throw it at my place. I'll ask Dimitri about it."
"Mike-Ike appreciates my existence!" I shouted at Almon, who shook his head and sighed. I scrolled through my music library, looking for a song to set the mood.
The first song I tapped on was actually a hard rock cover of the song 'What's This?' from A Nightmare Before Christmas by Grey Roses. I smiled, thinking of Dimitri.
Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep with the Doctor's almost insane voice lulling me to sleep.
I woke up, mind still crowded with broken pieces of my dreams still trying to drag me to sleep. Almon had a class early in the morning, and was leaving. He mumbled an apology for waking me up and left.
I decided to get up anyways, since my first class was in half an hour. My earbuds were, of course, all tangled up in the blanket. Since I was the only one in the room, I didn't bother untangling them and just played my music aloud.
The first song that came on was Disease by Hollywood Undead, which was always a pleasure to wake up to.
I didn't bother changing clothes, since I had only worn it for a few hours yesterday. Besides, sleeping in clothes can't get them that dirty.
I ran my fingers through my hair and pulled on a pair of old running shoes. After heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth (some college students actually care about their dental hygiene), I felt ready as class.
Well, as ready as I could ever be.
Since I still had fifteen minutes, I decided to take a walk around campus. Unraveling my earbuds and putting my phone in my pocket, I walked out of the dorms.
The sun was beginning to rise later, so the first rays of sun were just peeking over the horizon. It was also pretty cold, despite my leather jacket. Despite how cool they look, they aren't that warm.
As I walked down the path, another Grey Roses song came on. The Siren's Trap, I think it was called. It was one of the more metal sounding songs by them, and one of my favorites.
"You promised me your life, but went and stole mine." I sang along quietly. "I should have fucking left when I saw the first signs."
That was the thing I liked about about Grey Roses. They took an overused concept like messy breakups, and added the raw pain that came along with it. No sugar coating, no 'I'm so much better without you' or any stereotypical stuff.
"The bruises that you left were nothing to compare to the heart that you managed to ensnare." The Doctor cried, as if every lyric hurt him. "Don't talk to me again, because I'm scared I might go back. I guess it's all just part of your old siren trap."
I started heading towards my class as a guitar solo started, and nodded my head to the beat. As i walked into the building, I was sad to take out my earbuds. The last lyric stuck in my mind as the class began and I took a seat.
"Break my bones, not my heart. My soul is already split in parts."
(A/N Any ideas for Halloween costumes for everyone? The power of photoshop lets me make this crappy edit of Roman's shirt)
