The Kiss

~Tessa Pov~

I was shocked at what Chance said.  I knew it was coming of him saying he still liked me.  But then the door bell rung.  I was dissapointed because Chance didn't get to finish what he was saying.  Now I don't know what he was going to say.  Now I had to wait until tonight.

Kian took me to the most best sushi place in L.A.  

"No way!  I love sushi!"  I said excitedly. 

"I know.  So I brought you here just for you."  He said smiling a sweet smile.

Im not gonna lie I kind of blushed.  But in the back of my mind I said "Not as cute of a smile as Chance."  But I didn't know what I was feeling so my mind was everywhere still progressing many many MANY things.

Kian and I took our seat and then the waiter came by.

"What can I get you two."  The waiter asked.

"Can you give us two of your piled-high sushi rolls."  Kian ordered for us two.

"What to drink."  The waiter asked.

"Water please."  I said before Kian can answered.  I found it really sweet of him to take me to the most top rated sushi place.

"Kian I wanna say thank you for taking me here."

"You deserve it."

(Skip after their done eating they go to a fair.)

"What do you wanna do first."  Kian asked me.

"Let's go on the fairest wheel."  I said all excited.  

"Let's go!"  I grabbed his hand and we both ran towards the fairest wheel.   We were on it and just admiring the view.  It was beautiful.  We finally looked at each other.  We were both basically lost in each other's eyes.  I realized he was leaning in.  I was about to lean in, but then the thought of Chance instantly came in mind.  How we went to a fair and what happened this morning.  I didn't want to seem rude but at the moment I couldn't kiss him.

"HEY LOOK KIAN!"  I yelled so he would snap out of it.

He opened his eyes to see what I was pointing at.  It was games with GIANT BEARS to win.

"I wanna win one."  I said fake pouting.

He chuckled and said "Well i'm gonna get you one."

The ride ended and we went to one game with giant prizes.  Kian had to shoot 3 basketballs into a shot that was pretty tricky.  He tried 3 times and on the 3'rd try he made all 3 into the basket.

"YOU DID IT!"  I yelled happily hugging him.

"Here you go."  He said handing me the prize.  It was a teddy bear with a purple heart.  Of course Chance came to mind.  But that was pushed to the back of my mind when I thought about how he was with Alex now.  My thoughts were interrupted by Kian snapping his fingers infront of me to catch my attention.

"Tessa..."  He said

"Oh sorry just thinking.  Thank you sooo much."  I said hugging him again.

"Of course, any time."  He said.

~Kian and Tessa continued to play games until they decided to leave and Kian took Tessa home at 7 p.m~

"Thanks Kian I had a ton of fun."  I said kind of blushing.

"Same.  Hopefully there will be more to come."  He said.

We then just got lost in each others eyes again.  He leaned in.  I was about to kiss him because I was leaning in to.  But then I stopped.  I wasn't ready and this was only the first date.  I gave him a kiss on the cheek and he did sort of turn red/pink.

"Bye."  I blushed shutting the front door.

I walked into the living room to find Chance in the dark on his phone.

"Hey Chance."  I said forgetting about what happened earlier.

"Hey Tessa.  Wow seems like you had fun."  He said pointing at my teddy bear.  He forced a smile.  It was a weak smile.

"Tessa look, can we talk about earlier."  He said.

"Chance I know what your gonna say.  I know you like me.  I mean I like you to but I don't know."  I started  he looked a bit heartbroken.

"Plus your dating Alex and im-im really happy for you two."  I said forcing a smile.  In reality it teared me down to know Chance had a girlfriend.

"But i'll pick you any day over her."  He said putting his head down.

I knew that I was blushing so hard.  He was cute and sweet.  Ugh, why does he have to be.

I lifted his chin up so he would look at me.  Then I kissed him.  I missed it.  The kisses, dates, cuddling.  I missed it all.  It slowly turned into a make out.  I stopped it before it can go any further.

"Tessa I lo-like you.  I like you a lot, so what about Kian?"  He asked

"Oh crap!  I forgot about him!"  I didn't know what to do now.  Great...just great.
