Talking

~Chance Pov~

Once Tessa ranned off I knew it had to be because of me.

"I'll check on her."  I said.

I knew someone would of said "give her time" or "no you should just leave her"  or someone else would have went off to her.  So that's why I quickly said it and ranned off before anyone could say anything.

I ranned upstairs and opened every door I came across.  I couldn't find her.  I found myself on me and Anthony's side of the house.  I didn't think Tessa would be her.  It seemed like the last place she would wanna be in the house since it's were my stuff is and she doesn't want to be reminded of me.

I decided to just go check and opened me and Anthony's bathroom door.  She wasn't in there.  I opened Anthony's bedroom door.  Not there.  My room was the last one to check.  I put my hand on the knob and just before I could open the door I heard silent weeping.  I knew it was Tessa.

I took a deep breath and open the door.  I saw her sitting on my bed crying.  When she looked up she saw me and quickly turned away.

"Tessa why are you crying?"  I questioned.

"I-i'm not."  She said wiping her tears.

I didn't want to force her to tell me what's wrong so I just let it go.  I sat next to her on my bed and said.

"If you need anything i'm here.  I know you probably don't wanna see me but were still friends.  I at least hope, and I will always love and care for you."  I said.  I wanted to hug her desperately.  No not because I like her more than a friend.  Because she's my best friend... I hope.

"Chance.  I have something going on with Kian.  I know it's hard for-"  I cut her off before she could continue.

"Tessa I know.  I don't like you in that way anymore.  I'm fine with being friends."  I said.  I did hurt saying that but it's the truth.

"Best friends."  She said with a smile.

"Best friends."  I responded.

We hugged.  We broke the hug and we walked down stairs.  I was still wondering why she was crying but she's happy I believe and I don't want to ruin that.

When we got downstairs we saw everyone in the living room watching a movie.

"Hey guys.  Wanna join us to watch Moana?"  Asked Jake.

"Sure."  Tessa and I said.

I sat down next to Anthony and Tessa sat next to Kian and cuddled together.  Jake and Erika sat together and cuddled to.  It did hurt seeing Tessa cuddle with Kian.  But I have to let it go.

In the middle of the movie something came to mind.  I had to call someone to cancel our date.  After everything that happened I just didn't feel like going on a date.  I sneaked out of the living room.  Half of everyone watching the movie had fell asleep luckily.

I walked into the bathroom and called the person.

Chance~ "Hey sorry I have to cancel.  Im just... not feeling good."  I said.  

I wasn't really lieing cause I wasn't feeling good.  More mintally than physically.

Girl~ "Oh.  Well that's okay.  I hope you get better.  Next time."  She responded.

Chance~ "K.  Well bye."

Girl~ "Bye."

And that was the end.  I walked back into the living room and sat back down next to sleeping Tony.  I was getting tired so I closed my eyes.  I had sleep take over my body.
