My One and Only

Chapter VI

He leaned into kiss me when the door opened. It was only the doctor but it made me jump and pull away. "Hi I'm Dr. Matthews I'm here to check out your injury" he said shaking my hand. "Let me just unwrap this gauze and take a look" he did so and examined my foot. "How did this happen again?" he put on a pair of gloves. "Well I don't really know I was at the beach in the water and the tide pulled me under. I don't really remember too much because I blacked out. Just that my foot was completely covered in blood after I became conscious again." he continued to examine it. "Hmmm well it doesn't seem to look like a shark bite I only see a few pieces of glass so perhaps you stepped on a glass bottle and didn't know. This should only take up to two or three weeks to heal to the point where you can walk on it in the meantime you'll have to use crutches" he said pointing to the ones in the closet. "I'll have one of my nurses come in to clean it up a bit, rewrap it and you'll be on your way." he flashed a smile and left the room.  I sighed and layed back in the bed covering my face. "I'm ready to go home already my clothes are still soaking wet Mike" I groaned. I then saw a flash from his phone. "Seriously? I look absolutely horrible right now" I joked throwing the pillow at him. In which he threw it right back. We continued back and forth until we heard the door knob turn causing us to stop. A nurse walked in with a first aid kit and a clipboard. She then cleaned up my foot with peroxide and might I add fucking burned like a bitch. After she got done and wrapped it in gauze, and handed me the clipboard and told me to drop it off in the front after I filled it out.
~SKIP CAR RIDE~
Once we got home it was about 6:30. He helped me out of the car and I hobbled into the house. Charlie, Daytona, Gavin and Mark were all sitting on the couch watching a movie again. Where was Jake and Hailey? I wondered to myself. "Hey guys" I said throwing my shoes by the door. "What kinda crazy shit did y'all get into today?" Gavin laughed. "Long ass story that I don't really feel like explaining" I then heard Mikey walk in behind me. "Damn Mike you fucked her shit up" I turned towards him waiting for him to say something. "Nahhhh fuck outta here" he grinned. "Hey where's Jake and Hailey?" I finally asked. "I don't know they said they were going on a walk but they've been gone for almost two hours." "That's hella sketch" I pulled out my phone to text Hailey.

Hey where are you? I just got back to the house and you've been gone for two hours? Call me!!

I then put my phone in my back pocket. "I'm hungry as hell we should go out to eat" Charlie suggested. "Yeah me too" "Me three" Gavin and I added. "Where should we go?" as always Mark asked. "We can figure it out on the way" Mikey said. "Word I'm gonna go shower right quick." . I struggled to and up the stairs. I was about to grab a towel from the hallway closet when all of the sudden I heard faint moans coming from the guest room. Oh shit I thought to myself. I slowly creeped up to the door and opened it slightly to see Jake and Hailey all over eachother once again. My eyes widened as I quickly shut the door . I hopped over to the stairs and motioned everyone upstairs to come up. They all looked confused but came up anyways. Once we all gathered at the door I whispered yelled"I think Jake and Hailey are fucking" Everyone started covering their mouths and giggling. Then the one and only Mikey Manfs yelled "GETCHU SOME BROTHA". I smacked him on the chest and we all then ran away laughing running to different rooms. I nearly tripped just trying to get away. A few seconds later we saw Jake stumble out the room. "YOU ALREADY KNOW I GOT THEM CHEEKS" he said dapping Mikey up. I just shook my head and grabbed my towel so I could finally shower. I decided to use the main bathroom because going to mine was just too far. I shut and locked the door and started undressing. I turned on the hot water and waited until it was warm enough and tried to get in but failed. Why didn't I have one of the girls help me thinking to myself. I somehow managed and got in to start washing up . I started rinsing my hair when all of the sudden I heard the door open and someone come in. I could've sworn I locked the door when I came in. "Hailey?" I asked. "No me" I heard Mikeys voice. "Um what are you doing?" I asked worried. Then suddenly the shower curtain was pushed aside revealing Mikey's naked body. I turned around my eyes wide trying to cover myself up. "MIKEY WHAT THE HELL?!?" "What? I figured I should save water and plus I knew you might need help." he said. I could just imagine the smartass smirk he had on his face. "UHM I'VE MANAGED but you can't just come in the shower with me anytime YOU FEEL NECESSARY !!" I said still facing the shower wall. "I can if you're my girl" I then felt his body get closer to mine to the point we were almost touching. This sent shivers down my spine causing me to bite my lip. "Just...um...uh..switch spots with me so I can wash my body and don't look at me" I uttered. I switched spots with him still facing the wall. I then washed my body and face and we switched spots again. Eventually I was done and slowly but surely got out of the shower. I wrapped a towel around my body and one on my head. I made sure he had a towel before making my way to my room. Once I was there I picked a casual outfit, black shorts, with a white Manfs 1Mill Merch T-shirt which was probably Mikey's because it was way too big on me. I put on all my clothes and took the towel off of my head to start doing my hair. All of the sudden Mikey walked through my door with only a towel wrapped around his waist. I tried refraining from biting my lip which didn't really work all that well. "Hey where's my 1mill white t-shirt" he asked confused looking for it around the room in his underwear."I may or may not be wearing it" " I was gonna wear that" he whined. "Oops" I just shrugged my shoulders. I threw my hair in a bun and saw Mikey bend over to pick up something. "That ass fat yo" I said obnoxiously. "I know right" he joked back. We were both eventually ready and headed downstairs.
