I finish packing when my mom comes storming through the door.

"And where do you think your goingggg?" She says slurring the last word.

"I'm leaving." I say.

"Oh no your not. Especially not with himmmm." She says pointing to Austin.

"This is not an environment for me to be in. So I'm leaving. Call me when your sober." I say. I try to get around her, but she grabs my wrist, digging her nails into my arm. I look at my arm, and see blood dripping. She takes her free hand and back hands me. I scream out in pain, and fall to the floor.

"(Y/N)!" Austin screams. He pushes my mom, grabs my suitcase, and helps me up. I look at my mom and she's on the floor trying to get up. Austin and I rush out of the house, and get in his car. That's when I let all my tears fall. I cry. Austin starts his car, and starts driving before my mom can stop us. Once were at his house. He comes over and helps me out. He wraps his arms around my waist, and I wrap mine around his neck. I cry into his shoulder, and he rubs my back.

"Let's get inside." He says. He takes my hand, and we grab my bag, then get inside his house.

"Austin is that you?" I hear his mom ask.

"Yep." He says to his mom. "Go upstairs, and I'll talk to my mom. Okay?" He says to me.

"Mhm." I say. I walk upstairs into Austin's room and lay on his bed. I put my face into one of his pillows, and cry.
