The Bride of Ha-Baek, otherwise known as The Bride of the Water God is an upcoming drama of October. It will be aired in 2017, and will be running for several months before the end. 2 new episodes are released every 2 weeks. The k-drama, which is a television spin-off of, ''The Bride of the Water God,'' which is a japanese manga originated by a korean publisher, Seoul Munhwasa.

For this new k-drama, a total of 2 girls and 3 boys of WILD Entertainment have been scouted for this new program, the following artists being: Kim Myeung of WILDCARD, Han Yejin of HEARTBREAKER, trainees Jeon Eunbi, Park Jihoon and Min Jaehyun. All five have been placed as the main roles.

Park Jihoon will play the role of Ha-baek, Jeon Eunbi as Yoon So-ah, Kim Myeung as Moo Ra, Bi-Ryum/Bi-ryeom will be played by Han Yejin, and Min Jaehyun will be acting as the role of Hu-ye.

A synopsis about the drama: Ha-baek is a narcissistic water god who goes to Earth in order to find a specific stone that will grant him the opportunity to claim the throne as his and become a king in his part of the world. However, in the world full of humans, there's one specific girl that is put into quite the unfortunate situation with the water god, without her knowing so.

Yoon So-ah is your average human. She works a psychiatrist and a is complete realist when it comes to superstitions. But her family has been cursed, and because of this, she is titled as the bride of the water god, Ha-baek. When she crosses paths with the egotistical god, thing's don't exactly go expected when the water god seeks for her help.

When she first meets Ha-baek, she believes that he's mentally unstable and is delusional. After he tried explaining how he came from another world and is in desperate need of her help, she decides to agree, but it's different help than he expected.

The psychiatrist helps him to deal with his supposed ''mental disorder,'' but in the process of supporting this god, things take a complicated turn as three other gods get entangled in this game and cause problems for the water god: Moo Ra, a water goddess, Bi-Ryum/Bi-ryeom, a wind god, and Hu-ye, who is also a god apart of the water kingdom.

5 promotional posters for the actors have been released, along with a 5-minute long preview, and are currently being show-cased both through social media, the TVN entertainment network, and also by WILD Entertainment themselves.
