Damara had gotten out of the car and looked at the house in front of her. It was huge and very beautiful. Roman had taken her hand and pulled her to the door.

When he opened the door she was shocked. This place was just as beautiful as the outside. If not even better.

"Mom!?" Roman yelled out as he pulled his jacket off and placing it on the coat hanger. He took Damaras and hung hers up as well. "Mom!? You home!?" He called out and then he heard some footsteps from upstairs. "Just be careful what you say. She can be...uptight." Damara shook his words off but nodded her head anyway.

"What is it Roman?" His mother asked as she came down the stairs. Her head was done as she tried to keep an eye on the steps. When she looked up she was shocked to see a girl. "Oh." She muttered and eyed Damara.

"Hello." Damara stepped closer to her and held her hand out. "I'm Damara." Romans mother looked at her skeptically but took her hand and shook it.

"Olivia." She says with a smile. Damara knew that smile was fake but she also knew she could make her smile genuinely.

"I'm sorry to disturb you. Roman and I just wanted to talk to you about some things. If that is okay with you of course?" Olivia was shocked how polite this girl was. She was also shocked to see a very expensive but very beautiful dress on her.

She wore a white dress that went to her knees. It was long sleeves and her black heels complemented it all together nicely. She had very good taste in fashion. Damaras hair was tied to the side and she wore nude makeup showing her natural beauty.

"Yes. Of course. Please follow me." Olivia says leading the way to the living room. Roman was actually shocked to see his mother being civil to her. What did she do? "Would you like some water?" Olivia asked as Damara sat down like a lady and crossed her legs over.

"No thank you, Ma'am." Olivia smiled and sat down. Roman sat next to Damara and his mother was confused. "Roman and I had been thinking about a few things over and we just wanted to ask you before we do anything," Damara says and Roman clears his throat.

"This really wasn't my decision but Mara said that everyone should have the right to ask the parents," Roman says leaning on the couch with a lazy meaning. It was a bit of an act and Damara had kicked his shoe. Roman sat up straight quickly and Olivia was shocked to see that. He listened to her.

"Mrs. Godfrey. It would be an honor to date your son. But of course, I would never do anything without your permission first." Olivia was shocked. This girl was so polite and very confident. Her skin glowed brightly with happiness and it was contagious. Olivia shook her head with a small smile.

"I think that would alright with me. But may I ask why you had to ask me?" Olivia asked leaning a bit forward.

"I believe that if a boy has to ask her parents to date their daughter then a girl can ask as well. It's respectful to you and to him. I believe that if I ask you. It won't be what most teens consider a secret relationship. Plus I thought this was a good way to get to know you as well." Damara smiled. She thought this was a piece of cake.

Olivia smiled brightly and stood up. "I think that's very sweet. I would really love to get to know you as well." Roman was impressed and shocked. What happened to his mother? Damara stood up and smiled holding her hand out again.

"Then here's to getting to know one another better." Olivia took her hand and they shook hands.

"Oh yeah," Roman smirked standing up. "Shelley wanted Mara to spend the night." Olivia's eyes widened. She looked at Damara.

"I never agreed to anything unless it was okay with you. It is your house and rules." Olivia couldn't help but like this girl. She was almost perfect. She was actually happy her son had listened to someone around here.
