Your Pov

"I'll see you soon (Y/N)." Aoki said waving from inside the car. "Aren't you staying?" I asked her confused and she shook her head. "No, I'm not always gonna stay by your side. I'll only stay if the goverment tells me to." She said. I nodded and walked away from her. "Alright then. Goodbye." I said shortly and closed the front door.

"It's not like they always stay by my side..." I mumbled. I walked up the stairs and towards my room. "Koro~Sensei..." I said and bited my lower lip. 'What are you exactly..'

I grabbed a (F/C) nightgown and went towards the bathroom to take a bath.

~The Next Day~

"Well you can do whatever you want to do just for today." Aoki said sitting on the couch in front of me. Currently today I didn't have to go to school. So I guess I can call this my 'day off'.

"Seriously? I can?" I asked crossing my arms. "Since when can I do something by myself?"

"Oh come on (Y/N) you say it like it's a bad thing." Aoki said and I looked at her with a 'really?' face. "Right...because being locked up in a white room is so much fun. Not only that, I can only come out just for a mission."

"Hey it's not my decision." She said and stood up. "Im heading out. Don't do anything dangerous." And with that she left the house. I sighed and sat down on the floor.

'Your dangerous' 'You should be locked away forever!' 'Rain's dead because of your choice not mine. You chose this path!'

I heard voices. "Shut up..." I mumbled and stood up. I opened the door and walked out of 'my house' with a visible frown.

"(Y/N)!" I heard a voice calling out for me. I stopped walking for a second and my eyes widen. 'Rain...?' I quickly turned around and saw Kayano. "Kayano..?" I said confused and shook my head. "What are you doing here?"

"Oh I live in this neighborhood what a coincidence right?" She said smiling. I blinked a few times and nodded. "Yeah.." She stopped smiling and looked at me confused. "Hey is...something wrong?" 'Yes' "No, everything's fine." I said and her smile returned. "Oh I see!" She said. 'How can she smile like this...? Am i even allowed to have a smile like her's...?'

"I was just about to get some fresh air. Do you want to come with me?" Kayano asked me and I nodded slowly. "Sure..I guess having someone to talk to won't be so bad.."

"Okay then, let's go!" Kayano said. We walked together for awhile. She told me a few stuff about herself. Of course not about the 'REAL' her but about 'the' Kaede Kayano. "(Y/N) you don't talk a lot about yourself.." She said and i turned my head to look at her. "I thought..knowing about me it's not important." I said and she shook her head. "Well I would really like to know more about you. At least..a little bit more of you." I looked away from her and looked down at the floor with a visable frown.

'Let's be friends!' I heard Rain's voice. I shook my head and smiled at Kayano sadly. "I'm.. really sorry I can't tell you a lot about me..yet but maybe when the times right ill tell you okay?" I said and she nodded. "Okay then, promise?" Kayano said with a smile and showed me her pinkie. 'Promises...'

"Promise." I said hooking my pinkie with her's. "Well i have to go now. It was nice talking to you!" Kayano said walking back towards her house while waving. "Goodbye." I said and kept walking. "Just a little more.." I said to myself.

Kayano's Pov

"Well I have to go now. It was nice talking to you!" I said waving at (Y/N) and walking back to my house. '(Y/N) you sure are interesting..but I have this feeling you're hiding something..just like me.' I thought and walked in to my house.

Your Pov

I scratched my arm and looked up at the sky. 'I'll escape the goverment someday and be free..just like Rain wanted to be.' I frowned after that thought. 'I just really wish I could have been free with you..'

"W-woah?!" I bumped into someone and stumbled a little. "I'm sorry." I said quickly and looked at the person I bumped into. "Oh, Nagisa?" I said and he looked at me.

"O-oh (Y/N)." He said and scratched the back of his neck. We stood there in awkward silence for awhile until I decided to talk. "How are you?" He looked at me confused and lowered his arm from his neck. "Huh?"

"Don't think I have forgotten.. I'm talking about your Mother." He frowned a little and sighed. "Oh that..same as always I guess." He said after awhile and I looked away. "I see.."

"What about you? How was New York?" He asked and now it was my turn to frown. "Great...?" I said with hesitation. "But i missed Japan. So im glad to be back." I stretched my arms and looked at him.

"It's not that different actually, it kinda looks the same as I remember." I said shortly and looked up ahead. "Ne Nagisa wanna go for a walk?" He looked at me and nodded. "Y-Yeah, sure."
