Was there more than what he was saying..?

As Israel and Daisy made it out of the Dark Forest, the two decided to stop. Daisy sat down and sighed softly as Israel looked at her. Should he tell her? Nah. She probably wouldn't believe him anyway. Shaking his head, he looked to see if anyone was near by. Once he found that they were alone, he sat down beside her as she looked at him.
     "You okay?" She asked softly.
"Yeah. You must be tired. Get some rest. We have a long way to travel in the morning."
"Okay.. But Issy? I'm sorry about what I said. If you want to talk, I'm here." She said softly before she curled up in her wings. Israel looked at her, surprised when she gave him a nickname. Yet, he kinda liked it.. Smiling a little, he curled up in his wings as well before drifting off to sleep.

Daisy woke up the next morning and looked around. She blushed a bit as she felt a pair of arms around her waist and looked over her shoulder to see Israel still asleep, as he was holding her; his wings covering them both. For some reason she liked it.. It felt really nice and she couldn't help but smile a little. He looked so peaceful as he slept.. Maybe he wasn't so bad after all..
A small noise from some nearby bushes was heard and Israel woke up and quickly sat up. Daisy looked as she also sat up.
"Stay here." He told her before going over. She nodded and stayed by the tree as he looked.
"Ow! The hell was that for?!" A voice was heard before Israel came up with a boy about the same age as him.
"What the hell Robin?! You were sneaking up on me!?"
"Dude! You just left! I had to find you! Calcifer is upset!"
"Don't say that name again." He growled as he crossed his arms. "He and Lucifer are teaming up to take over." Robin blinked.
     "You serious?" Israel nodded.
"Dead serious. I'm trying to help someone so we can stop them."
"You mean this angel? Since when have demons and angels cooperated?"
"They can." Daisy spoke. "I want to help my city."
"Either you're in or out Robin. We have one month." Israel told his friend.
"Oh, I'm in. But you know the others won't believe it without proof."
"Oh, they'll get it. We need to get moving though. You ready Dahlia?"
"Yes. Oh, I'm sorry. Robin right? I'm Dahlia." Robin smiled.
"Guess you are kinda cute. Nice to meet you." Israel glared lightly before leaving. Just why was he starting to feel jealous of his friend and was it right for him to tag along..? He would know soon..
