Cole X Reader - Part 22 (Gaining Trust)

After that day of training went by, everyone just did there own thing. Cole was nowhere to be seen so you just walked around the Bounty and bumped into Lloyd who was just watched the birds and view.

"Is training all we do here?" You walked up to Lloyd. "We do fight any villains that we come across, but because you're under a punishment we have no villains to fight." Lloyd explained as he carried on gazing around. "Not to sound needy but how long am I here for? And when willI get my power back?" You questioned Lloyd. "I don't know how long you're her for, but it's gonna be a long time. And you power... You can't be trusted with it, sorry." Lloyd faced you and explained in the politest way as possible. "Who does trust me here?" You asked him another question. "Cole, My Dad and Myself trust you. And I think Zane and Jay do, you'll have to ask them about it." Lloyd took his phone out and unlocked it. "Where are Zane and Jay now?" You then ASKED another question. "In Jay's room playing some video game." Lloyd answered you. "Ok thanks." You patted Lloyd's shoulder and walked to Jay's room.

*Knock knock*

"Come in." Jay's voiced called from the other side. You entered Jay's room and stood behind Jay and Zane who were sat on a three man sofa while not taking their eye's off the Fifty five inch monitor. "Hello, (Y-N)." Zane greeted you. "How did you know it was me?" You quired. "I'm a Nindroid." Zane answered. "Ha, yeah. What do you want anyways?" Jay quizzed you. "Do you know where Cole is?" You answered Jay and with threw back a question that you wasn't supposed to ask. "No idea... This is eight hundredth and sixty eighth time we've attempted this level, so no idea." Zane calculated the attempts and answered you. "Ok... Wait a minute... Have you tried running through the zombies instead of shooting them all one by one?" You then peeked at the game mission they was trying to accomplish. "That won't work." Jay shrugged. "Pass me the controller." You sat in between Jay and Zane. "You're not gonna do it." Jay laughed. "I bet you a tenner I can do this in one go." You held your hand out to Jay, ready to make the bet. "Deal." Jsy shock your hand. "Ok. Zane all you have to do is follow me and not shoot." You explained as the game loaded from Jay and Zane's resent death.

Five minutes later it was mission accomplished for you and Zane, you'd got them to the next check point and in a safe zone.

"HOW!? HOW DID YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO THAT!?" Jay shouted out in shock and in relief. "I'm the Elemental Master of the Undead, I know how zombies work." You stretched and stood up getting ready to leave. "Before you go (Y-N), just go into the top right draw and connect the controller to the console." Jay smirked. "You want me to stay an play the game with you don't you?" You did as Jay said and read his mind. "Of course." Jay chuckled.

Before you knew it, time had gone by many hours. It was midnight and everyone had gone to bed accept from You, Jay and Zane all because the video game kept you all busy. But you had to call it quits in the end and so did the other two.

"Thanks for the help, (Y-N)." Jay thanked you as he let you and Zane out of his room. "It's fine... Ohh and I want my tenner for winning that bet." You smirked at Jay. "Here." Jay playfully sighed and handed you the tenner. "Thanks. Night, Jay." You thanked and waved to Jay as walked back to your room. "We should do this some other time." Zane gladly suggested. "Same time next week if you like?" You then quired Zane. "Sounds good to me." Zane committed to the same time.

As you stepped foot into your room, you switched the main bedroom light on and had a little surprise at your bed side table. There was a bouquet of scarlet red roses, with a bottle of wine next to it and a note saying "I love you." You then left your room again and ran down to Cole's room to see if he was in.

*Knock knock*

Lightly you knocked on Cole's door and got no reply. So you just went in and found Cole asleep on his bed, with head phones on. Silently you closed the door behind you waked over to where Cole was sleeping. You took the head phones off Cole's head and had a little listen, he was listening to The Fold. Cole turned onto his side but he was still asleep. Slowly you sat on Cole's bed and stroked his jet black hair making him open his eyes a little.

"Thank you." You thanked Cole as he then knew it was you. Cole didn't say anything, he just smiled, exhaled and pulled you on top of him. "I'm not leaving am I?" You relaxed your head on his chest. "Nope." Cole chuckled and hugged you even tighter.

That night you ended up sleeping in Cole's room, with Cole. In the dark, under the bed covers while cuddling each other.
