Cole X Reader - Part 23 (Great Training, Difficulty)

*BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!*

Cole's alarm chanted as it was six in the morning.

"I hate mornings." You sighed and put the covers over your head. "We best get up though." Cole sat up and then got out of bed. "It's cold though." You groaned like a child. "It is way too early in the morning." Cole shut his alarm off and started to get changed. "I'll go back to my room to get fresh gear on." You made an effort to get out of bed and the sneaked back to your room, so no one knew you was in Cole's room last night.

After getting into some clean training gear, you did the usual with the Ninja and then began to do some training that was a little different.

"What's happening today then?" You cracked your knuckles as you walked up to Garmadon. "Soon as Nya is out of action for now, you will be taking her place in Wu's sparing training she does." Garmadon explained. "So I'm gonna be fighting some of the Ninjas?" You asked. "Yes." Garmadon answered. "But why? Wu will NOT teach me." You exclaimed. "I know. But because Nya can't fight at the moment, you'll take her place making it an even number. I talked to Wu about it and I just managed to persuade him." Garmadon explained. "Fair enough." You exhaled with a simple response.

"As the six of you know, it's just a light mini fight in pairs today, but because Nya is out of bounce, (Y-N) will take her place. Kai I want you to fight her." Sensei Wu announced as you walked in with Garmadon. "We fighting first or are we having Jay vs Cole again?" Kai cringed and joked. "You both have five minutes to warm up and then I want you both to fight... And please what eve you do. Don't kill each other." Wu answered Kai's question with a begging rule.

Five minutes later you'd both warmed up and was just gonna beginning the fight.

Kai threw the first punch towards your face and you just stepped back with it completely missing you. Kai carried on throwing all sort of kicks and punches at you but none of them hit you. "This is impossible!" Kai exclaimed and dropped his guard. "I know." You slowly walked backwards. "How is it? Kai is attacking you and you're walking away from it all. By now I would have kicked him in the stomach because he dropped his guard." Jay told you both. "I'm not allowed to attack people or I'll get shocked if you remember." You lifted you trouser leg sleeve up and showed them the electrical tag. "Ohh yeah. Maybe we should have thought that through." Wu butted in. "Zane can't you turn it off?" Lloyd asked him. "I don't think any of us are allowed to touch its power source, if we do the police will get involved." Zane had a look at the tag. "Well that was easy." You stepped to the side and sat down.

"Can't Cyrus Borg do anything about it without informing the police?" Lloyd suggested. "Maybe we should just get the police to re-program it. Like what is the point in having me here if I can't defend myself? And if a new villain comes into play and you need me, then I'm gonna be out with in five seconds." You covered the topic. "Fine then. We'll go to the police, explain the situation and say that we need her to fight but for only good purposes." Nya planned. "Then it's settled. But the rest of you are finishing your sparing first. Cole vs Lloyd and Jay vs Zane." Wu announced. "I might as well take (Y-N) down to the police while you're doing this then." Garmadon turned you around so he could get a way from the fighting as soon as possible.

Over at the Police Station.

"Lord Garmadon, can I help you?" The guard behind the desk questioned him. "We need to sort out (Y-N)'s electrical tag because we've just thought, what is the point in her punishment being with us if she can't fight?" He explained. "Ohh yeah. We should have thought that through too. I'll explain the situation to the boss and I'll send you to the technician to reprogram the tag." The guard wrote two different notes and gave one to Garmadon. "Thanks." You crossed your arms as you was not amused by coming back to this place.
