"Yuuki! Wait!" Calvin calls out to her. She runs away with tears in her eyes. "Why was she crying?" Calvin asks himself. Calvin chases after her down the escalator but quickly lose sight of her.
"Slow down Calvin!" Jathee says catching up. "Why did you run away like that?"
"That was my girlfriend Yu-"
"Yuuki!" Calvin looks behind him to see Asuna.
"Asuna? What are you doing here?" Calvin asks her in surprise.
"Me? What are you doing with another?" she gawks with a slightly pissed off look.
"Um excuse me but, I'm not a other girl" Jathee steps in.
"Who the heck are you? A girl who fell in love with Calvin?" Asuna shoots back.
"What!? This guy? He kept asking me to buy him candy even today" Jathee jots back.
"Take easy you too!" Calvin steps in to stop them. He was pretty sure they would have clawed at each other if he didn't step in.
"So who is he Calvin?" Asuna asks.
"She's my older cousin! Jathee!" Asuna gasps in surprise.
"And Jathee, this is Asuna. A friend of mine"
"Oh this is your girlfriend Liya and Leena keep talking about?"
"Wha- those rascals. No. The girl I love is named Yuuki"
"Ohhh! Well that make sense. She doesn't look like the girl who would be suitable for you" Jathee teases.
"Speaking of Yuuki, what were you two doing here?" Calvin asks Asuna.
"We were here to buy new clothing for Yuuki. Since she's borrowing my clothing for the while, I thought of buying new ones for her. What about you?"
"Jathee wanted to buy some Japanese souvenirs to take home. Then we stopped here to eat lunch" Calvin explains to Asuna.
"Then that would mean...oh why" Asuna cries out.
"Mean what? Asuna what's wrong?" Calvin asks her holding her shoulders.
"Yuuki thought you two were dating. She thought Jathee was your indian girlfriend" Asuna explains.
"Oh pbota! Why didn't you stop her earlier?" Jathee cusses pinching my ear. (Pbota=idiot)
"Ow ow! Now's not the time. We have to find Yuuki" Calvin tells them. "Asuna, get Jathee up to time, I'm gonna go look for Yuuki" Calvins direct as he rushes of to find her.
"When did he become like this?" Jathee asks in surprise.
"What do you mean?" Asuna asks.
"Heh. It's cute to be honest. How he's taking lead like this. He used to be so shy, too scared to even talk to his own cousin"
"He was like that? Calvin is like the nicest person I've met. When things seems to fall, he always takes the lead"
"Wow. I guess times do change"
Yuuki's POV
I blindly rush away, tears in my eyes messing with my sight. "Why did he have to break my heart like this?" I ask myself. "It hurt so much but why did he have to do it like this?" I couldn't run so far so I stop at a large fountain. I take a seat by the rim and use some of the water to clean up the tears. It would make me look back to be so teary eyed.
"Where are they?" I hear a voice ask. I turn to see a tan skinned girl looking around. She quickly gave up and walks toward the fountain. "This seat taken?" she asks approaching me.
"Go right ahead" I tell her patting the empty space next to me. She takes a seat.
"Thanks. Jeez, my younger cousin has gone full love gagging over a girl" she starts to explain.
"What do you mean?" I ask her. It sounded really familiar for some reason.
"Huh? Oh sorry for blabbing. We went to this mall to pick up some souvenirs for me to take home. Ah, you might already know but I'm not born around here"
"Right because of your skin tone. It means your from..."
"India. So is my younger cousin. It's stills kinda adorable how he keeps wanting me to buy some indian candies whenever I visit." I giggle thinking about how Calvin might have done the same as a you her kid.
"Um can I ask. How old you are? And your cousin?"
"Oh he about 18 now. As for me, I'm about 23" she explains.
"18? His name isn't Calvin is it?" I ask. It felt fitting somehow.
"Huh? Well.. I usually call him Cava-Kutty but yeah his name is Calvin" she explains. "Oh I never told you my name. I'm Jathee, Calvin's older cousin. You are?" I slowly raised my hand before face-palming myself.
"An idiot"
"Andi Ot? That's a first." I get up and bow in apology. "Whoa what's wrong?"
"Sorry, sorry. I have I find Calvin. Forgive me." I rush away once more to find Calvin.
"Wait! I don't even know around this place!" I hear Jathee cry out. I'll have to apologize for that too.

Calvin walks to the center of the mall, hoping to find Yuuki and help fix this whole problem. Yuuki also rushes to the center hoping to get forgiveness from Calvin for thinking so wrongly.
A few more feet they gain sight of each other. Calvin sighs in relief when their eyes connect. Yuuki holds her breath, feeling dumb for thinking like a dummy and running away.
"I'm sorry-" they both say at the same time. "Not again! You first. Honestly please." They couldn't help but laugh. Even when things go wrong, they somehow always make it happy.
"I'm sorry Calvin" Yuuki begins.
"What for? Running away all day?"
"Sort of. I thought your cousin Jathee was your indian girlfriend and I got jealous." Calvin closes his eyes and sighs.
"I should be a bit angry but I love you too much to hate"
"So you're not angry at me?" Yuuki asks in confusion.
"I'm angry at myself. I should have called Asuna and told you that my cousin had come over"
"Oh Calvin, it's not your fault. I got jealous for a small mistake. It's my fault for mistaking your cousin as your girlfriend." Calvin pinches Yuuki by the cheek before hugging her.
"It's fine. Don't worry your heart out. I'll love you no matter the small problem you face us with." Yuuki hugs Calvin back.
"Thank you. I'll love us too"
"Hey um speaking of cousins. Where is Jathee?" Calvin asks breaking the hug.
"Um, don't know. She was with me by the fountain where we first met"
"Edda!!" A voice shouts. Yuuki could only stare in shock as Jathee suddenly jumps Calvin at a blinding speed. "Enthana boitha? Enthana?!" She cusses in indian. (Translation: Why! Why did you leave me!)
"Ow ow ow! Easy Jathee. Chechi! Chechi! Ow!" Calvin surrenders. (Chechi=Sister)
"Oh hey it's you!" Jathee says in surprise. "Oh you must be Yuuki. Now it makes sense." Yuuki couldn't help but laugh. Calvin had a funny family and he had a life she would enjoy for so much longer.
